Therefore, wanting to control the sun and moon, take rice flour, mix it with the transformational agents of salt and alkali, knead it with human leg bone marrow fluid, and make shapes of the sun and moon that you wish to control. Steam them and place them in a glazed pottery bowl four fingers wide and of suitable depth. Pour urine, called "Vajra Water," into the bowl, place the shapes inside, and recite the mantra: Om, meaning auspiciousness. Vajra Arka (བཛྲ་ཨཱརྐ་,vajra arka,Diamond Sun), Macala Macala (མཱ་ཙ་ལ་མཱ་ཙ་ལ་,mācala mācala,) the two, Cala (ཙ་ལ་,cala,) moving, prevented by it, not moving, Tistha Tistha (ཏིཥྛ་ཏིཥྛ་,tiṣṭha tiṣṭha,) steady, the two. The agent of these actions is He Vajraya (ཧེ་བཛྲ་ཡ,he vajraya,), Hey Vajra. Hum, etc., as before. It is said in the Sambuta and Vajra Heart Commentary that the moon is placed in Vajra Chandra (བཛྲ་ཙནྡྲ་,vajra candra,Diamond Moon). First, having practiced this mantra by reciting it seven million times, then at the time of performing the action, while reciting the mantra, the sun and moon, whichever it is, will remain exactly in their original positions, without distinction between day and night. This is the ritual for accomplishing the action called "Controlling the Sun and Moon." Releasing it involves taking it out of the urine. The definitive meaning is that by the practice of vital energy, the white and red elements are bound immovably. Dhanga Dasha Sa. The moon is Heruka, the sun is Selfless Mother. Wanting to control them, Sali Ali Kali (སཱ་ལི་ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི,sāli āli kāli,), binding, etc., the two are inseparable. Vajra water is the ultimate truth of indivisible bodhicitta. Om, Vajra Three. Vajra (བཛྲ་,vajra,) Vajradhara, Arka (ཨཱརྐ་,ārka,) Selfless Mother, the union makes it unmoving, steady, and generates the excellent wisdom of a billion kotis, which will be without distinction at all times. So it is said. From the Vajra Kilaya ritual up to here, the stories of accomplished masters such as Virupa and Padmasambhava are widely known. Seventh, Invoking the Pra. Recite the mantra Om Na Gra Na Gra (ཨོཾ་ན་གྲཱ་ན་གྲཱ,oṃ nā grā nā grā,), and to accomplish the purpose at an inappropriate time, consecrate the eyes of a young maiden one hundred and eight times, then offer the five offerings such as flowers properly, and invoke the deity to listen. In the early morning of the fourteenth or eighth day, place a vase, etc., and consecrate sesame oil and safflower juice many times with this mantra.

One hundred and eight times manifestly praised. Then, having applied the juice of Alakta, which has been manifestly praised, to the old thumb, and also poured sesame oil on it, show it to the young woman and say: Who has taken my things, tell me. Then she will say: So-and-so has taken it. It is the Vajra Star. Thus it is said, having obtained stability. oṃ nāga nā kumārike di byālocana he vajra ya svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ནཱ་གྲ་ནཱ་ཀུ་མཱ་རི་ཀེ་དི་བྱ་ལོ་ཙ་ནི་ཧེ་བཛྲ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ नाग ना कुमारिके दि ब्यालोचन हे वज्र य स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ nāga nā kumārike di byālocana he vajra ya svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Naga, Na, Kumarike, Di, Byalocana, He, Vajra, Ya, Svaha). Although only the beginning is mentioned in this tantra itself, the end of the mantra appears in the Vajra Heart Commentary. If translated together, it means to make this young woman have divine eyes. For this mantra, first recite one hundred thousand or one million times, then perform a fire offering, one-tenth. Since there is no fixed time, whenever it is needed, in order to accomplish things such as identifying thieves, recite this mantra one hundred and eight times into the eyes of a pure young woman who has not been defiled by a man, manifestly praising it, then visualize her as a goddess, and offer her the five offerings such as flowers properly, and inform her that she must do my work. The method of application is: on the fourteenth day of the waning moon, that is, on the twenty-ninth or the eighth, before the twenty-third hour, place a vase filled with water and so on, and place a large butter lamp and a mirror, With sesame oil and Alakta, that is, the juice of Indian madder, recite this mantra, oṃ nāga, etc., one hundred and eight times, and manifestly praise it. Then, having applied the manifestly praised Alakta, that is, the juice of Indian madder, to the old thumb of that (woman)'s left hand, and then smeared and poured sesame oil on top, show it to that young woman, and by making her concentrate her mind on it, the spirit will descend. After descending, say: Who has taken my things, tell me. Then that person will clearly say: So-and-so has taken it. This is unchanging, so it is the Vajra Star. Here, the meaning of the nāga mantra has not been clearly explained in any Indian or Tibetan commentary, so it seems to be a place for investigation. However, here the Vajra Star appears, and in the Indian manuscript, the Sanskrit term for the Vajra Star is vajrājyoti. In the Heart Commentary, in the category explained in the Vajra Star calculation, nakṣatra is a star, graha is a planet, and agra indicates the meaning of excellence or speculation.
