After the "U-dru" and others, a square with four gates, various horse stables, a vajra lotus, a vajra fence, and a human mountain should be made. The colors for painting are: black powder pigment made by mixing or grinding charcoal from the charnel ground; white powder pigment made from finely ground male bones; yellow powder pigment made from the powder of earth wasp nests; red powder pigment made from the powder of bricks from the charnel ground; the slang word for thief, "Tsor," is also the name for green rice stalk leaves, so green powder pigment is made by mixing these leaves with male bone powder. The mandala is constructed using these four colored powder pigments and blue, which is a mixture of black and white. Some say that because the word "Kunma" appears, it is also the leaf of the blue Kunbu tree. Before that, the thread from the charnel ground is the tendon of a corpse. Draw lines with the thread wrapped around it, just like drawing lines, and make a three-cubit mandala between the human mountains. In its center, draw Hevajra, the father and mother, pressing down on Anantadeva, with eight faces, four faces, adorned with sixteen arms and attributes, each face with three eyes, totaling twenty-four eyes. Also, draw wrathful deities and other figures that terrify the nagas, making them appear frightening. Trashi Namgyal said that on the door frames or eight lotus petals, eight goddesses pressing down on eight nagas should be drawn. If it is not possible to draw the figures, then in the center write ཨ་ཕུཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अः फुः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah phuh, Literal meaning: Ah Phuḥ), and on the eight petals, for the eight nagas such as Anantadeva, write the seed syllable ཕུཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फुः, Romanized Sanskrit: phuh, Literal meaning: Phuḥ) for each, as stated in the Heart Essence Commentary. It is appropriate to generate the front as it is drawn here. The Extensive Explanation Tantra, in the second chapter of the Tent Tantra, says: "Visualize an eight-petaled lotus. There, place the eight nagas. By completely binding with great power, those nagas' tails are also completely suppressed." From there to "Great power is completely accomplished," contemplate according to the detailed explanation, which is the teaching of Jetsun Marpa. Then, the master adorns the mandala, starting from placing the vase, until completing the accomplishment offering of the deity yoga and self-entry initiation. Through inner yoga, with the oppression of the garuda and nagas, with a displeased mind, inspire Anantadeva with the light of the seed syllable in the heart. Because the nagas are inspired, eight great clouds gather.

Thinking of causing a continuous rain to fall, recite this mantra in a place secluded from the distractions of ordinary people. In this, Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) contains seven meanings, as stated in the Vajra Peak Sutra. From "Guru" to "Gotaya," most Tibetan lamas say that the words of this dharani are untranslatable. However, before the Omniscient One, by adding a letter to "Guru," "La-ghu" means light, that is, the collection of clouds is moved and swayed by the wind. Ru is Varuna, water. Being endowed with the element of water, it becomes a water cloud. Or, "Guru-tvam" means heavy, indicating that the cloud is heavy with the burden of water. Ghutu means to wander, and Ghuta means to cause to wander, that is, to make it pervade all of space. Masha means beans, like raindrops scattering like beans. Ghata means pot, and Gotaya means to fill it like a pot, which is the meaning of the two recognitions, and Pages 101 to 200 related content. Ananta means infinite. Kshobha-karaya means to agitate. What to agitate? Naga-na Adhipataye, the supreme lord of the nagas. By the command of Hehe Ruru Kam Heruka. Where? Sapta-patala-gatana, dwelling in the seven underworlds. How? Naga-na Akarshaya, summon the nagas. After summoning, what to do? Varshaya, pour down rain, Garjaya, roar with thunder, Tarjaya, strike, against those who obstruct the rain. Phuḥ (藏文:ཕུཿ,梵文天城体:फुः,梵文罗马拟音:phuḥ,汉语字面意思:呸) eight, the seed syllables of the eight great dragon kings, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) three, their body, speech, and mind. Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), from this, it can destroy its obstacles and attract accomplishments, both. Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈), from this, it can pacify its obstacles and increase the desired meaning. Thus, for the activity of this mantra that appears in this and the Samputa, because it possesses an auspicious rosary, the recitation of a million and the fire offering of a thousand will accomplish it. If it does not rain, then the ritual for causing rain is to recite this mantra in reverse order, starting from each syllable, and the rain will fall. If even that does not cause rain, then the heads of the nagas, the identification of the doubt of Arjaka, the Tibetan lamas consider it to be the fruit of the cotton tree. However, in the Heart Sutra Commentary, it says: "Arjaka means holding a white staff, resembling a black jasmine flower, and its doubt bursts like the light of the sun." The precise meaning of causing rain is:
