Here. The Dharma wheel of the Sarvastivadins. Why taste in the throat? Honored by many wheels of enjoyment. Who dwells for the sake of great bliss? The great wheel of bliss is very vast. Called "Sangha" is spoken of in the body. Thus it is said. Third, regarding the winds that move in them, there are two: nature and time. The first is: moon, sun, ali, kali. Thus it is said. Also, according to the general meaning, the moon shows the day, the sun shows the night, ali shows the white side, and kali shows the red side of the dharmas. According to the hidden meaning, the moon is the wind or semen of the left nostril, and the sun is the wind or blood of the right nostril. Those two are believed to move from the two channels in the form of ali and kali. Some consider the bindu to be the main moon and sun, and the channel letters to be ali and kali. Dagpo Tashi Namgyal and others consider the moon and sun to be the nature of semen and blood, the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం) of the crown chakra and the short a of the navel chakra. Ali and Kali are the nature of wisdom and means, the white hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:हुं) of the heart chakra and the red oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵) of the throat chakra are shown. Although there are many sayings, according to the tenets of Je Rangjung Dorje, the moon is the nectar wind that flows from the left nostril, and the five chakras between space, wind, fire, water, and earth flow in the order of the outer vessel world arising. The sun is said to be the poisonous wind that flows from the right, and the five chakras flow in the order of collecting the elements between earth, water, fire, wind, and space. From where does it flow? Ali, that is, the nature of the expedient vowel, from the left channel, and Kali, that is, the nature of wisdom illuminating, flows sequentially from the right channel. It should also be known that the two winds of the left and right actions are transformed into ten root and branch winds through the gate of action. The second is: sixteen transmigrations, sixty-four fingers, thirty-two hours, and four periods. Thus, all are four fours. Thus it is said. Since this tantra does not speak of more than four channel wheels, the outwardly moving wind also has minor elements in each of the four major elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Earth of earth, water of earth, fire of earth, wind of earth, etc., there are four each, so the wind changes sixteen times in the left and right nostrils in one day.

Each great breath receives one thousand three hundred and fifty wind breaths. In total, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths in a day. Each great breath is divided into four parts, each part being a "finger," so there are sixty-four "fingers" in a day. Sixteen breaths, divided into left and right, two "fingers" two "fingers" are converted into "times" in this tantra, and in the Kalachakra it is called "instant," which is thirty-two "instants." The duration of every two thousand seven hundred breaths is called a "period," so there are four such "periods" during the day and four during the night, making a total of eight "periods" in a day. This is the literal or general meaning. The hidden meaning is: the throat's pulse petals are sixteen breaths, the navel's pulse petals are sixty-four "fingers," the crown's pulse petals are thirty-two "times," and the heart's pulse petals are the eight "periods" of day and night; one should understand that these are all pure meanings. Therefore, wheel, letter, goddess, body, vajra, truth, only, instant, joy, division, breath, period, moment, hand seal, and so on, should all be understood as fourfold. Here, regarding the determination of the "finger," the practice method can be understood with diagrams. All supplementary meanings regarding meditation methods and merits should be understood from the treatises of the omniscient self-born father and sons. Third, regarding the method of manifesting these wisdoms—Tummo: In the navel, Tummo blazes, Burning the five Tathagatas, Eyes and so on are also burned, Burning the hare-holder HUNG Thus it is said. The meaning of this verse is explained in the order of the four seals. First, combined with the path of action seals, the action seals of the lineage lotus and so on are Tummo. The word "navel" indicates the secret place of space. With the three recognitions, bless that place, and from the union of Kunturu, the Tummo in the navel blazes, experiencing the four joys, thereby burning the conceptual thoughts of clinging to the five aggregates as Tathagatas, burning the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, the eyes and so on are also burned and melted, and from the melting, the pure element, from the hare-holder HUNG (藏文:རི་བོང་ཅན་ཧྃ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) drips, held in the secret place by the power of the wind, not allowing it to leak out, bliss and emptiness without distinction become one, becoming accustomed to this, is making desire into the path, the first path of a yogi with conceptual thought. Second, the vow of
