Having unwavering qualities due to steadfastness, a voice that is melodious and speech that is gentle and pleasing, hair that is soft and smooth with a fragrant scent, and a slightly curly form that is excellent. Having three lines like wrinkles in the middle of the forehead or genitals, this is referred to as a lotus woman by ordinary people or in treatises on desire. She generates innate wisdom, therefore she is called a mother with such form or nature, and if such a woman is found, she becomes a cause for the attainment of Mahamudra. In Naropa's commentary, it is said: This goddess, the only one, bestows endless qualities. She is known as the auspicious Bhagavati, who bestows supreme accomplishment upon practitioners. Thus it is said. Other than these, there are: Yamini and the terrifying one, the forest mother and likewise the frightening one, the one with virtuous form and conduct and the beautiful one, and the seven Dakinis such as Vasu. As stated in the Condensed Hevajra Tantra, these are the aids for accomplishing the attainment of Mahamudra. The meaning here is, in the Immaculate Union Tantra, it says: The color of the lotus is blue-green, the nature of Tara, the breath is a string of Nada. The beautiful fragrance is inseparable from wisdom, the dust is the precious sovereign. The moment the lotus is equally joined, the fragrance of pure immeasurable light, the shape and color are the Nirmanakaya, the fragrance of breath is the Sambhogakaya, the fragrance of musk is the Dharmakaya. Similarly, the immovable woman, the melodious speech, the pleasing three bodies, the beautiful hair is the Svabhavikakaya, the three wrinkles are inseparable, and so on, as explained. Second, regarding how to make aspirations, there are two parts: the question and the answer. The first part is: Then, the selflessness Yogini asked: Bhagavan, how should I make aspirations? Meaning, after showing the Mudra woman, the selflessness Yogini asked again: Bhagavan, please know, how should the practitioner make aspirations for the accomplishment of desired attainments during the breaks from meditating on the generation stage and completion stage? This is the question. The second part is: The Bhagavan replied: One born into a good family and possessing vows, should rely on the non-insane Heruka Vajra, should respect the Lama and have compassion.

May I become one who possesses (these virtues). May it be so in every lifetime. May I, with hands ringing the vajra bell, recite the profound Dharma, and share food with the essence of the consort, be so in every lifetime. Having said this, the Blessed One declared: From now on, in all my lifetimes, I will have faith in the Dharma of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, especially be born into a lineage that enters the unsurpassed Vajrayana. Having entered it, may I never turn back, but protect the vows, with all their root and branch precepts intact, and become one who possesses (these virtues) in my continuum. Madness refers to the unconstrained and unrestrained actions of the three doors, and the mind not abiding in peace due to arrogance filled with pride in lineage and birth; may these not be in my continuum. May I encounter the tantra of Hevajra, the union of the two truths, and the instructions of the guru who explains it, and have utmost respect for them. May I effortlessly generate the three types of compassion towards sentient beings, and may I be so in every lifetime. With the hand that knows that very reality, the vajra is the symbol of bodhicitta, and ringing the bell is the symbol of proclaiming the sound of the Prajnaparamita. May I also hold the vajra and bell that symbolize these, and the profound Dharma is the Hevajra Tantra; may I read, listen to, properly contemplate its meaning, and explain it to others. There are two types of consorts: the ultimate consort is emptiness. Its essence is the non-inverted realization of the meaning of emptiness. Thus, may I and all others equally eat and enjoy the nectar of emptiness, and may it be so in every lifetime. There are also two types of conventional consorts: the consort of another body is the mantra-born woman, etc. Her essence is the red and white bindu of bodhicitta. May I be able to guide and absorb that essence with the power of the winds. The consort of one's own body, endowed with skillful means, is the thirty-two channels of the four chakras, or the Avadhuti. The essence is the bliss experienced from what drips from it. May I always enjoy that bliss. Vajra bell vase empowerment.
