Bleeding and oozing pus, emitting a foul odor, the legs shaking like dead limbs, eyelids twitching, trembling, tingling, pulse throbbing, looking upwards, tears blurring, breathing rapidly, fear, panic, goosebumps, dizziness, becoming unable to move. Then comes the proclamation of offenses: In the teachings of the glorious Sugata Shakyamuni, this person who has gone astray, gathering all beings' five poisons, etc., completely entering the mind, being controlled by it, with false thoughts, possessing the attitude of practicing non-virtue, creating the five heinous crimes, etc., and entering the wrong path. From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in my heart, emanates the king of wrathful deities, dark blue, with hands clasped at the heart, radiating to all the Sugatas of the ten directions, supplicating with clear words. This fallen enemy has destroyed the Buddha's teachings, degraded the status of the Three Jewels, slandered the Guru's body, severed the lineage of Vidyadharas, destroyed the Sangha, destroyed the solitary practice places, committed the five heinous crimes, and arrogantly engaged in the ten non-virtuous actions. This person is worthy of being executed, is the supreme object of killing, is extremely cruel and malicious, and cannot be subdued by peaceful means. Transforming into a wrathful deity through the union of skillful means and wisdom, this person creates evil destinies, turns away from the bliss of peace, and for the sake of completely liberating him, how should we protect him? Thus supplicating. Whoever engages in the ten non-virtuous actions, that person is extremely worthy of being executed, and in order to turn him away from evil destinies, please subdue him with fierce methods. With the words of such an order, the wrathful deity merged into oneself. These are the steps of proclaiming offenses. Please be aware and entrust impartial witnesses: All the Bhagavat Buddhas, motivated by the power of the completely pure and inconceivable Dharmadhatu, surrounded by countless Bodhisattva children, residing firmly on the lotus made of various jewels in front, with the petals of the lotus blooming, please distinguish what is contrary to the truth.
