Exhale from the left. When inhaling again, the tip of the letter-head (Tibetan: ཡིག་མགོ) faces forward, and when striking, the rosary comes from the right nostril. When the air is pressed inward, it revolves in the heart. Light pervades the body. Hold the mind in a feeling of being clear as a deity and dissolving into the sky. When meditating repeatedly in this way, if there are many thoughts of grasping and being grasped, gather them with holistic grasping. Visualize oneself as the form of the Guru, gradually dissolving into light as a mass of light, and abide in the state of emptiness, self-awareness, freedom from elaboration, and great bliss, remaining naturally. Again, arise from the deity and practice the skill of gathering the stages through focus. When combined with vase breathing or exhaling, inhaling, and abiding in the three places, sustain the internal pressure. The second is: In that state, visualize oneself as the deity and regard it as the form of the primordial deity. Visualize the implements and mantra garland clearly appearing in its heart. Speech, mantra, and breath are inseparable and pure, and the nature of mind is pure as primordial wisdom. Having understood this, do not be distracted and abide in clear appearance. If thoughts arise, learn to gather them as before, and so on. The third is: One's own self is clear as the deity. Appearances are deities. Sounds are mantras. Whatever is remembered is regarded as the deity's mind. Thereafter, without moving from the dharmadhatu of union, and all the adornments and qualities of all pure lands are inseparable from one's own body, the essence of clear light, the vajra body, and from the beginning, it abides in the nature of coemergent great bliss, and be certain that this is the reality, thereby abiding steadfastly in this state. Gather the wandering thoughts with the hammer that destroys conceptual thoughts, making the light of one's own body pervade and illuminate all of samsara and nirvana. All of these dissolve into light, merging into oneself, gradually gathering, and rest the awareness in the state of emptiness, freedom from elaboration, and great bliss. Again, strive to apply the skill of cultivating the view that the body and mandala are inseparable, and that existence is established on the basis. At these times, keep the breath as before, or keep it in its natural state, and it is also very important to rest the self-aware wisdom in the sound of the self-born vajra mantra, so strive to do so. Second, explaining the actual guidance, there are two parts: training the mindstream with uncommon preliminaries, and showing the practice of the essential pureness. First, since it is very important to diligently engage in Guru Yoga at the beginning of all preliminaries and main practices, in general, it has already been explained during the preliminaries.

Those Guru Yogas are also done with extra diligence. However, since inner yoga is more important, one should know that in the center of one's own body, the five channels and wheels of the illusory empty vajra, the Five Skull Garland Masters with consorts abide in a self-existing and self-perfect state from the very beginning. Therefore, invite the blessings by reciting the Seven-Line Prayer to the main retinue of Oddiyana residing in space, and offer with samadhi. HRIH (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) Masters of the three times, yidams, dakinis, Buddhas, bodhisattvas, all of whose body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are unified into one essence, and whose activities are without difference. I pray to the great Oddiyana, Guru Padmasambhava. Please ripen and liberate my body, speech, and mind. Etc., by continuously making prayers that realize the state of reality, a stream of blessing nectar arises. It dissolves into the deities of each mandala. Great wisdom is transferred to one's own continuum. Finally, visualize all the deities dissolving into their respective mandalas. One's own mind, uncorrected, relaxed, empty and clear, free from grasping, this is the indivisible three bodies of the Oddiyana Guru, in great equality, decide, and maintain the natural awareness like a stream of water. Therefore, in the main practice, the effortless wisdom of original purity and the interdependence of birth are harmonized. There are three preliminaries to the main practice: distinguishing samsara and nirvana as empty, the preliminaries of body, speech, and mind, and the descending, dissolving, and returning. First, of the two outer and inner, the first is the outer distinction between samsara and nirvana: pray to the guru. Go from a secluded place to an empty place, offer a white torma to the earth deity, and ask for help. If that is not possible, it is also fine in one's own place, because the creator of samsara and nirvana is self-knowing. Its transformations or actions appear in various ways. Knowing that both of these have no real meaning unless destroyed by oneself. Hell has heat and cold, pretas have hunger and thirst, animals have servitude, humans have birth, old age, sickness, and death, asuras have fighting, gods have falling, etc. Thinking that all the behaviors of the six realms are experienced in one's own mind stream, the body makes all kinds of gestures such as stretching, running, walking, and staying. The mouth utters all kinds of sounds, etc., practicing without interruption, so that the slow breathing and flow are cut off. After
