In the center of the lotus, visualize the red 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) like a flame. The shape of the letter is like an inverted vertical line of exquisite script, with the tip extremely thin and in the form of a triple curve. At the upper end of the central channel, on the surface of a moon seat shaped like half a pea pod, clearly visualize the white letter 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) facing downwards. By merely focusing on this, until the gaps, chakras, bindus, etc., appear as clearly as if seen with one's own eyes, the root yogi should continuously practice until this level of attainment is reached. Second, the practice of breath control: The body posture and method of expelling impure air should be as previously described, making sure there are no mistakes. Then, slowly inhale air through the nostrils, filling the area below the navel, contract the anus, slightly draw up the lower air, then press down again and hold in kumbhaka (breath retention). Visualize the breath passing through the single channel of the root, colliding with the lower air, causing the red flame of the 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) to gradually rise. Visualize the breath as clear blue, rising about the length of an arrow, and hold it slightly externally. Thus, through the combination of inhaling, filling, suppressing, and releasing, practice kumbhaka until any of the three levels—superior, intermediate, or inferior—is reached without obstruction. Do not be impatient; the beginning of warmth can be attained solely through this flame visualization. After becoming familiar with this, due to the reversal of the upper and lower winds, the tummo fire may burn about half a finger's height. Then, the key points of the air channels should be as before, and according to the capacity of the breath, first from the tip of the navel chakra, then the heart chakra, then the throat chakra and the tips of the fingers, and finally visualize the tummo fire filling the entire crown chakra. Finally, when it touches the 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown chakra, a feeling of bliss will arise, and visualize it boiling and churning. The state of warmth is similar to other methods, and one should practice air yoga until one can endure wearing only cloth. Third, the practice of bindus: Visualize the flame of the burning tummo melting the 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown chakra. Sixteen bodhicitta bindus drip down, filling the entire crown chakra, thereby generating the wisdom of joy. The body posture and key points of the air channels are the same as before, adjusted according to the capacity of the breath. Visualize half of those bindus, that is, eight, descending to the throat chakra, filling all the nadi petals, thereby generating the wisdom of supreme joy. Half of that half, that is, four, descend to the heart chakra, filling all the nadi petals, thereby generating the wisdom of separation from joy.

Half of the half falls into the navel. All the petals of the navel chakra are filled. The wisdom of co-emergent joy arises. The four chakras are filled with red and white mixed bindus. Meditate that the body is pervaded by bliss and warmth, and the mind by bliss and emptiness, and rest in the self-nature of wisdom. Like that, repeatedly meditate on the object of burning and dripping, such as tangled hair and fleeing and chasing. In between sessions, think that the red and white mixed bindus fill the body to the end of the pores, and shake the body vigorously and blow air. If the bliss increases too much,
