It is called "Coming," and even if you don't meditate from here, there is no doubt that you will be liberated into the realm of the Sambhogakaya of self-nature. All such appearances of experience also dissolve into the self-radiance and inherent nature of the Dharmata Tathagatagarbha, and the appearances of the objects of experience cease. In the realm of the ultimate Tathagatagarbha, the result arrives on the ground, and the increase of experience ceases. When appearances and experiences are purified, there is no nature of grasping. When all illusions, concepts, schools, and fabricated dharmas are exhausted, it is merely nominally established as the appearance of the exhaustion of Dharmata. It is not like a nihilistic view of having nothing, but wisdom, compassion, ability, activity, qualities, and inexpressible things manifest, and without contaminated aggregates, one is liberated into the body of the great transformation of the rainbow body, and as long as space exists, the benefit of beings will continue without interruption. At this time, it is necessary to understand in this way: Although stability is obtained in the four appearances of rigpa and space, if the combination of wind and mind was inferior before, and the actions of close causes and so on were not accomplished, then if the body of the residue of karma and maturation cannot be subdued, as soon as life passes away, the vidyadhara of the great mudra of union will be accomplished. Those who have not obtained freedom over wind and mind, there is no explanation that they can accomplish the body of light without remainder in this life. Therefore, those who desire to accomplish the uncontaminated body of light, and those who desire to obtain the qualities of the path signs such as the accomplishment of the four activities and the eight qualities in the meantime, must cherish the practice of the root channels and bindus to the point of maturity. In this way, the four appearances of Dzogchen reach their limit. That is to say, the inner rigpa can stand on its own, and no matter how the spontaneous appearances arise, except for meditating on the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, at the time of the manifestation of Dharmata, if one clings to and adheres to external bindus, micro-points, deities, etc., it will become the cause of rebirth in the form realm, so not only should one not cling, but it is also very important to mix and gather the appearances of space and the appearances of karma. In reality, although rigpa seems to appear outward, it appears inside the eyes like an inner-illuminating butter lamp, so it should not be grasped as an external object. In the reply of the Chinese incarnation (referring to Je Tsongkhapa), it was said: For the sound of the ear uta, the three places of origin, dwelling, and cessation were investigated. For the radiance of the queen, it was observed whether the seer and the seen exist or not, and so on. Sound

When the signs and phenomena of the three lights are extremely stable, it is said considering that there are times when it is necessary to do so in order to cut off the extremes of elaboration. In the beginning, in this situation, it is very important to settle the mind in a state of non-conceptualization, otherwise it is not good to do so much analysis. Detailed supplements regarding edge-holding, etc., are supplemented from other Great Perfection teachings. The so-called establishing a foundation with the three immovables means abiding in any of the three body postures at all times. When the body is still, the eyes are still. When the eyes are still, the pulse is still. When the pulse is still, the wind is still. When the wind is still, the mind is still. It is precisely because of this that activity ceases and awareness abides in a state of immobility, which is necessary. The way of looking with the eyes should not be separated from the three ways of looking: the Dharmakaya's way of looking is upwards, the Sambhogakaya's is sideways, and the Nirmanakaya's is downwards or like a spear pointing straight at the sun, so that inner and outer space-awareness can be seen. The key point of awareness is the pulse, the key point of the pulse is the door, and the key point of the door is the lamp. That is to say, with the three immovables, it is impossible for conceptual thoughts to arise, and it is necessary for space-awareness to be inseparable. The method of measuring the three abidings is: because of long-term abiding in space-awareness, the measure of stability is the three abidings. Because the activity-wind of external appearance is exhausted, space-awareness abides without coming or going. Because the activity-wind of the inner aggregates is exhausted, the body abides without shaking. Because the activity-wind of secret conceptual thoughts is exhausted, conceptual thoughts abide without being able to move. Among these, measurement is taken by dreams, and signs appear in the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The best is the cessation of dreams, the intermediate is the appearance of luminosity, and the lowest is the recognition that dreams are dreams. This is a sign of the manifestation of suchness. The body is like a turtle placed in a wooden bowl, abiding without action or movement. Speech is like a mute, unwilling to speak. The mind is like a bird caught in a net, appearing to fly but already under control. This is a sign of the increase of experiential sensations. The body is like a person afflicted with illness, devoid of grooming and adornment. Speech is like a madman, babbling nonsense. The mind is like a person poisoned, determined never to return to the three realms. This is a sign of awareness reaching its limit. The body is like an elephant sinking into mud, transcending the five elements in an instant.
