Regarding the seven key points, entering into the nature of the spontaneous arising and abiding of the winds, knowing it as arising (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), abiding (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and releasing (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), meditate in the manner of wind and awareness moving together. After that, discarding the impure air first, initially the gentle wind, and then relying on the forceful wind to accomplish the abiding of the mind. In these two instances, the key point of the mind is to abide in a state of non-thought, without any adjustments. There is no need for wind and awareness to move together like in Vajra recitation. Relying on these methods, the body is like the rope of Sogpon being severed, speech is like the strings of a lute being cut, the mind is like the water of an automatic mill being cut off, truly recognizing it as a lamp not being moved by the wind. Until realization, it is important to firmly establish the root of meditation, which is calm abiding. Then, there is insight. The scripture says, "After that, if movement and abiding become one, then abandon the pursuit of form, color, and so on, and purify the defilement of dualistic grasping by eliminating the object of meditation and the meditator." Therefore, first, severing conceptual thoughts, examine which of the three—body, speech, and mind—is the one who wanders in samsara and experiences happiness and suffering, and determine that it is the agent—the mind. In the middle, seeking the flaw, examine whether the mind that cognizes and the two, body and speech, are one or different. If they are one, just as the mind cannot be determined, body and speech also become undetermined, and speech exists in sound and words, and the body is composed of touch and form, there is the fault that the mind would also become like that. If they are different, like a rough object, they must become a distinguishable substance. It is impossible for one and different to exist simultaneously because it is contradictory. If none of these are the case, then it is impossible. Having examined in this way, now thinking that the three, body, speech, and mind, exist, if one thinks that the three exist, examine who knows that the three exist. If one thinks that it is that mind that knows, then self and other, enemy and friend, one and different, existence and non-existence, being and non-being, all of these are fabricated by the conceptual thoughts of one's own mind without anything existing. Even if fabricated, they cannot become real; everything is just a symbol, just a label. Recognizing that nothing is established as truly existing is the seeking of the mind's flaw. Finally, examine the three: the place of origin, the place of dwelling, and the place of going. Examine where this mind initially arises from, where it dwells in the middle, and where it ultimately goes. Examine all three.

This so-called place cannot be identified; it should be established in the great equality of unborn and unceasing, unlocalized, self-liberated nature. Thus, through various investigations of seeking the mind, it is determined that abiding and moving are not separate; abiding appears as the adornment of the mind, and moving is understood as the play of the mind. Therefore, without rejection or acceptance, the naked self-awareness, the six consciousnesses arise without obstruction. Arising is emptiness. Clarity and emptiness are inseparable. Not different, not established as one. It cannot be expressed by mouth. It cannot be conceived by mind. It is beyond the realm of sight. This is merely nominally called Padmasambhava. As it is said. The so-called mind is neither existent nor non-existent. Neither substantial nor non-substantial. The Middle Way that does not abide in either extreme. Clarity and emptiness free from identification. The naked, radiant, and natural self-knowing. Beyond being called "this." Primordially complete. Primordial wisdom. Primordially pure. This inconceivable is the mind of the Buddha. The mind of sentient beings. All beings who experience happiness and suffering are this, as it is introduced. As it is said. The five poisons, five senses, six consciousnesses, etc., are introduced as the self-liberated play of the Dharma nature. In particular, in clear weather, looking at the sun from behind, constricting the gaze, the emptiness and clarity of the outer sky is opened, and from the pure awareness of the inner, like the example. The secret, luminous Vajra Essence's sky, the Dharma nature of clarity and emptiness, transcending all boundaries and centers, arises in an instant. By mixing the instructions of the Sky-Scraping Practice, etc., into all activities and diligently practicing. Eliminating the faults of sinking and excitement, without acceptance or rejection, hope or fear, towards whatever arises, the Great Perfection arises and liberates simultaneously. No difference between inside and outside. All directions are one. The three wheels are pure. Primordial arising, primordial liberation. The mind of the Buddha and the mind of sentient beings are inseparable, not established as two. On this very moment of clear, empty, naked awareness, without any adjustment, simply maintaining mindfulness, awareness, and non-forgetfulness. For the methods of abiding, there are many names such as relaxed, free, uncorrected, samadhi, etc., but if the meaning is completely summarized, it is the meaning of meditating without meditation, not being distracted even for a moment. At no time should one stray from this.
