The sixth letter of all, ur dir dir, transforms the container world into the realm of great bliss. Sometimes, focus single-pointedly on Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍). If the mind stays without distraction for a long time, it is the union of focused calm abiding and the generation and completion stages. Then, when the mind of the practitioner meditates in that way, by gazing intently, the extent of meditation vanishes into emptiness. The mind has no form, color, or substance. It is not outside, inside, or in between the body. Even when searching in all ten directions, there is no substance. There is no birth from anywhere, no abiding anywhere, and no going anywhere. It is also not non-existent; one's own mind is clear and bright. It is not singular; all sorts of things arise. It is not different; all are of one essence. No one knows how to express its essence. If expressed in agreement, there is no end to what can be said. People call the mind itself self, Ālaya, and so on, and have given many names, but in essence, it is just this present awareness. It is the root of all saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Attaining Buddhahood and falling into the lower realms, wandering in the bardo and taking good or bad rebirths, as well as hatred, anger, desire, attachment, faith, pure appearances, love, compassion, realizations, qualities, and the attainment of bhūmis and paths, all are done by this very mind itself. It is the root of all bondage and the root of destruction. If the life force is cut, all faculties cease. Whoever understands this meaning and puts it into practice, all dharmas are gathered there without exception. There is nothing to meditate on here; it is enough to look at its own essence without distraction. Do not expect good or suspect bad, and do not think whether it is or is not. Whether it stays or moves, whether it is clear or unclear, whatever arises, look intently at its essence. At the time of meditating in that way in the main practice, staying without distraction is staying, and running in the ten directions without staying is moving. Whatever arises, whether staying or moving, is knowing with reason. Although they appear separately, their essence is one. Staying is the Dharmakāya, moving is the Nirmāṇakāya, and knowing is the Sambhogakāya, the inseparable essence. It is the cause or seed for accomplishing the three kāyas. In that way, there is no good or bad in staying and moving. Therefore, do not make choices, but cherish whatever arises. At first, look repeatedly for a short time with many repetitions, and then gradually look for a longer and longer time. This is the fifth song of forcibly teaching the generation and completion stages to beginners. Ema!

Ho! Nowadays, due to the abundance of instructors teaching small guides, Many people seem to know just that much, However, they are skilled at deceiving appearances of this life, enjoying pleasure, Without piercing their hearts with impermanence and death, Too many are simply stuck at the level of knowing. Having received many instructions, the warmth of understanding diminishes, Not fearing sin, their behavior is worse than ordinary people, They aggressively expose the shortcomings of the instructions they have received. They take (instructions) without the foundation of renunciation meditation. Even if they know the beginning of the path, if they do not walk it, It is like having no way to meet Jowo (Buddha statue) and others. Regarding this, there are three types of faculties: superior, middling, and inferior. For the superior, there is no need to abandon worldly affairs, They mix worldly affairs with practice and meditate, Not abandoning desirable qualities but taking them onto the path, Like King Indrabodhi. For the middling, they mostly abandon worldly affairs, They practice by taking ordination and vows, Including affairs such as food, clothing, and wealth, Like most Indian and Tibetan pandits, siddhas, and lamas. For the inferior, they cannot accomplish anything with divided attention, They cannot manage both Dharma and worldly affairs, They give up this life, turn their backs on food and clothing, and meditate, Like the biographies of Milarepa, Gotsangpa, and others. However one acts among these three, by cherishing the innate nature, Without abandoning it, realization arises through practice. This also depends on the individual's disposition and faculties, What arises for one does not necessarily arise for all, For some, high realization arises from the beginning, For some, it arises sometimes, and sometimes inferior methods occur, For some, it arises gradually, becoming better and better. However, I will explain the manner of arising in order. First, the mind does not stay still for a moment, It wanders everywhere, remembering what it should not and forgetting what it should. At that time, straighten the posture of the body, Relax and loosen it. By looking at where it is going and setting up a boundary marker, It will turn back and stay for a while. When both staying and moving are pacified, If one realizes the essence is emptiness, that is vipassanā (insight). Staying, moving, or emptiness itself, If one realizes them as inseparable and one, that is union. Having realized in this way, when practicing, Sometimes, when it stays bright and clear, Joy arises, thinking, "This is my own mind." Sometimes, it does not stay, but is turbulent and wild like the wind, Even when looking, one cannot find anything to look at, buzzing and turbulent. One becomes unhappy, thinking, "No, this is not it." At that time, grasp any arising thought, Look at where it comes from, where it goes, And where it stays, but one cannot find it, it is emptiness.
