By reciting the six syllables, nectar-like milk descends from the body of Amitabha. Entering through the Brahma aperture and filling the entire body, all defilements and obscurations, like smoky residue, Emerge from the lower gate and the soles of the feet, sinking into the ground, where the Lord of Death drinks the remnants. Satiated and pleased, the debt of life is repaid, and life is ransomed. One's own body becomes like a flawless crystal orb. Then, to the Buddha, the Lama at the crown of the head, generate faith and reverence, and offer whatever prayers you know. The essence of prayer is to recite Vajra Guru. The Lama, the embodiment of all Jewels, Amitabha, dissolves into light and merges into oneself, indivisibly. Body, speech, and mind, the three aspects of existence, become inseparable, like water and milk mixed together. Meditate on receiving all empowerments and blessings. This is the fourth song of meditative practice. The root of meaning is the path of generation, completion, and union. There are two aspects to this: understanding and practice. The essence of the mind of all sentient beings is that it naturally abides in the nature of Buddhahood. Its essence is emptiness, the Dharmakaya, unborn. Its appearance is clear and unmixed, the Sambhogakaya, complete with enjoyment. Its compassion is unceasing, the Nirmanakaya, in its various forms. These three are inseparable, the very nature of union. Never changing, the body of great bliss. That which is naturally present within oneself from the beginning Is not caused by the compassion of the Buddha, the blessings of the Lama, or the profound qualities of the Dharma. It has been that way from the very beginning. All Sutras and Tantras agree in explaining this meaning. So why do we wander in Samsara? Because we do not recognize our own nature and cling to delusion. For example, it is like a person with a golden belt suffering from hunger because they do not recognize gold and silver. At that time, the Lama's introduction is of great kindness. Even if gold is pointed out, it does not relieve hunger. It must be cut, food prepared, ground, cooked, and eaten to satisfy hunger. Similarly, if what the Lama has introduced is practiced, delusion is dispelled, and liberation is attained. Thus, the fact that one's own mind is Buddha is a view shared by the Mahayana Sutras and the Tantric scriptures. However, in the Sutras, there is no introduction of one's own body as Buddha, so the path is long. It takes countless eons to attain Buddhahood. The supreme method is the way to attain Buddhahood in one lifetime, Which is profound through introducing one's own body as a deity. Therefore, visualize one's own body as the mandala of the deity.

Dechok Sangdü (Tibetan), Kagyu (Tibetan), etc., all the unsurpassed tantras are extensively taught. In short, the five aggregates are the five families, the five elements, five mothers, eight consciousnesses, and eight bodhisattvas. The eight lands and eight mothers are the same in both the new and old traditions. In particular, the forty-two peaceful deities in the heart center, the assembly of pure vidyadharas in the throat, and the fifty-eight blood-drinking deities in the brain reside in the form of channels, energies, and bindus. Thus, the heart and eye channels are connected, and the rainbow light thigle of Dzogchen's sky appears. At the time of death, the body's deities emerge from the body, filling the sky and space with their actual appearance. If one does not recognize them as deities, one sees them as Yama, and one falls into fear, terror, confusion, and the lower realms. For example, at a dangerous mountain pass where enemies are feared, one mistakes those who do not welcome them as enemies and flees. When pursued, one sees them as chasing and becomes afraid. But if one recognizes them, one is without fear and rejoices. If one recognizes the yidam deity, one travels to the pure land. Therefore, one should now familiarize oneself with looking at thögal thigles and subtle thigles. For example, although silver ore is silver, if it is not smelted, it is useless. Similarly, it is not enough to know that one's own body is the mandala of the yidam deity; one must practice to actually achieve it. For example, although milk is pervaded with butter, it does not turn into butter unless churned. Similarly, although one understands that one's own mind is Buddha, one does not become Buddha without practice. Understand this meaning and practice it. Although there are many yidams, the noble Avalokiteśvara is the embodiment of all yidams and is the deity of the Tibetan people. Although there are many elaborate and concise methods of generation stage practice, this complete recollection is easy to practice and easy to understand. Therefore, visualize your own body as the form of the Great Compassionate One, white with one face and four arms as described in the scriptures. In the center of the heart, on a white lotus with six petals, is (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha), and on the six petals are the six syllables. Visualize them all standing upright, shimmering and dazzling. The syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) does not move, and the six syllables rotate clockwise. From this, light radiates in all ten directions, offering to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Everything transforms into the form of the Great Compassionate One, raining down and dissolving into oneself. Again, light radiates from the six syllables, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings in the six realms. Everything transforms into the form of the Great Compassionate One.
