Having observed, in order to purify those essences, he teaches the Dharma that is suitable for the faculties of sentient beings. The fifth example has three aspects: example, meaning, and combined explanation. First: Like a poor person whose house has an inexhaustible treasure underground, but this person does not know that treasure, and the treasure does not say to him, "I am here." So it is said. For example, in the underground of a poor person's house, there is a great inexhaustible treasure, but that person does not know that the treasure exists, and the treasure does not say to that person, "I am here," so that person must endure the suffering of poverty. Second: Likewise, the precious treasure is contained within the mind, and the stainless establishment and the inseparable Dharma nature are also not realized, so the suffering of poverty is constantly experienced by many beings. So it is said. Likewise, the precious treasure of the essence of bliss is contained within the minds of all sentient beings, and is naturally stainless, possessing unprecedented qualities, and the Dharma nature that cannot be abandoned. Because they have not realized that they possess these qualities, they are poor due to the lack of wealth of manifest qualities, and the suffering of samsara is constantly experienced by many beings. Third: Like a person in whose house a treasure is hidden, the treasure does not say to him, "There is a treasure," and that person does not know it. Likewise, sentient beings who dwell in the house of the Dharma treasure of the mind are like the poor. In order for them to obtain it, the true sage is truly born in the world. So it is said. For example, the treasure does not say to the person in whose house the treasure is hidden underground, "I am here," and that poor person does not know that there is a treasure, so he cannot escape the suffering of poverty. Similarly, the treasure of the Dharmakaya abides in one's own mind, but sentient beings who have not realized this are like the poor. In order for them to realize the treasure of the Dharmakaya that abides in their own minds, the true sage, the great Buddha, is born in the boundless realms of the world.

After the virtuous one was born, he showed the excellent Dharma. The sixth meaning of the metaphor has three parts: metaphor, meaning, and combined explanation. First: Like mangoes and other tree fruits, Having indestructible seed sprouts of Dharma, With plowing, water, etc., the tree, The king's object is gradually accomplished. It is said, how is it? Like the fruits of mangoes and banyan trees, although contained within the peel, they have the ability to produce trees. The seed sprouts of the tree are not obstructed by the Dharma. The conditions are fertile soil, plowing, water, fertilizer, temperature, etc., which gather together, and thus, like the king of trees, the perfect object is gradually accomplished. Second: The ignorance of beings, etc., the fruit of, The skin contains the Dharma realm, which is also good, Likewise, the good depends on that, Gradually becoming the object of the king of Buddhas. It is said, the Dharma body realm or the nature of goodness contained in the skin of the fruit of afflictions such as the ignorance of beings, just like the accomplishment of trees with complete favorable conditions, relies on the good conditions of the two accumulations, gradually passes through the stages and paths, and becomes the object of the king of Buddhas. Third: The elements of water, sunlight, wind, earth, time, and space, Like trees growing from the fruit pods of palm and mango, The seed sprouts of complete enlightenment contained in the fruit skin of sentient beings' afflictions, Likewise, good conditions arise from that and that, and the Dharma is seen. It is said, the earth element is moistened by water, the sunlight ripens it, the wind makes it grow, the earth supports it, the passage of time produces power, the sky opens up space, etc. Like the fruits of palm and mango trees existing in the fruit peel and gradually growing into trees, the seed sprouts of complete and perfect enlightenment contained in the fruit peel of sentient beings' afflictions are also like the gathering of conditions and the growth of trees. Relying on the good conditions of the two accumulations, the sprouts of the Dharma are seen on the path of seeing.
