The defilements arising from the three places are said to be like mud. The seventh is that the nine defilements such as attachment are similar to pure things such as lotuses. It is said that, as mentioned above, combining extensively in accordance with the Dharma, thus greed and hatred, etc., obscure the Dharmadhatu. The nine adventitious defilements, as shown in order, are identical to the nine metaphors such as lotus and honey. These each have similarities in terms of Dharma, so the metaphor and meaning are combined. However, what is said to obscure any meaning does not only obscure that meaning and not obscure other meanings. Fourth, the order of how to realize has three parts: briefly showing how the nine metaphors symbolize, distinguishing their meanings separately, and explaining in detail the nature of the distinctions. The first is that because it is contained by the three natures, it is the realm, and it has similarities in terms of Dharma with the Buddha, etc. It is said that the realm that is to be explained, which is contained by the three natures, the Tathagatagarbha, has similarities in terms of Dharma with the body of the Buddha and the nine metaphors that symbolize the essence, such as honey. The second is that the nature of this is the Dharmakaya, suchness as well as the lineage, which should be understood by three metaphors, one metaphor, and five metaphors. It is said that the Dharmadhatu Tathagatagarbha's What are the three natures? Luminosity is the nature of the Dharmakaya, immutability is the nature of suchness, and the nature of the lineage that accomplishes the Buddha, that is, the three natures. These three natures need to be symbolized and understood through the nine metaphors. The first three metaphors, such as the Buddha, symbolize the nature of the realm Dharmakaya, the metaphor of gold symbolizes the nature of suchness, and the latter five metaphors, such as treasures, symbolize the nature of the lineage. Third, the detailed explanation is divided into four parts: the metaphor and meaning of the Dharmakaya, the metaphor and meaning of suchness, the metaphor and meaning of the lineage, and the way to realize them with faith. The first part is divided into two parts: showing the classification of the Dharmakaya, and combining them with metaphors. The first is that there are two Dharmakayas that need to be understood, namely the Dharmadhatu, which is extremely immaculate, and its homogeneous profoundness, and the manifestation of various ways. It is said that the nature Dharmakaya is also distinguished by real and imputed

There are two aspects to be understood. What are the two? The Dharmadhatu Tathagatagarbha, which is extremely immaculate and naturally luminous, is the object of the self-cognizant wisdom of each of the Buddhas, the Dharmakaya of realization with characteristics; and the conducive cause for realizing or attaining it, the scriptural teachings from which various cognitions arise according to the capacity of the disciples, is the Dharmakaya of imputed teaching. These are distinguished from the perspective of the expressed and the expressing, or the result and the cause. The Dharmakaya of teaching can also be further subdivided, namely, from the perspective of the ultimate truth of suchness, starting from the Bodhisattva Pitaka, it teaches the profound Dharma; and in accordance with the inclinations of various sentient beings, from the perspective of the conventional truth, starting from the Sutras and the twelve categories of scriptures, it teaches the extensive and diverse Dharma, these are the two aspects. The second is: "Because it transcends the world, in the world, There is no analogy for this, therefore the Tathagata and the realm, Are shown to be similar." "The subtle and profound principle, like honey with one taste; The principle of various differences, should be known like the kernel in various pods." As it is said, the Dharmakaya of self-nature purity to be realized is completely beyond all worldly phenomena, therefore, in this world, there is no analogy that can be compared to it, so the self-born body of the Tathagata residing in the lotus, and the realm of self-nature purity, can only be shown to be slightly similar. The conducive cause for realizing this Dharmakaya, because it is unfathomable and has great benefits, therefore, the subtle and profound principle of ultimate truth is taught, in order to show that all Dharmas are one taste in suchness; just as all honey is sweet and delicious. The vast twelve categories of scriptures, etc., teach various aspects of skillful means, in order to realize the meaning of the essence, therefore, it is related to the various correct meanings of gradual guidance; it should be known like the kernel of grain that can be used residing in the pods of various husks. Second, the analogy of suchness.
