It refers to the meaning of the Buddha, and the meaning of the sacred Dharma characterized by the two truths of being free from desire, and the meaning of the Sangha, the noble assembly that possesses the two wisdoms and does not regress, and the meaning of the realm or essence of sentient beings, which is naturally pure, to be truly realized in order to attain these, and the essence of realization, the meaning of the unsurpassed Bodhi, which is that realm itself purified of all defilements, and the meaning of the qualities that are the limbs of realization, connected with the great Bodhi, and gathered by detachment and the fruit of maturation, and the means by which others realize, the power of qualities, the meaning of the Buddha's activity being spontaneously accomplished and constantly unceasing, together with the final or ultimate meaning. The body or substance of all the limbs of the treatises that are to be explained, if explained in a condensed manner, because the meaning is profound and difficult to fathom with the wisdom of hearing and thinking, the substance of matter is like seven vajra jewels, and the letters that express them also clearly show their path and make them understood, therefore they are called places. Because the things to be expressed gradually become the basis or support for realization, they are expressed in the same number as the things to be expressed, which is seven. The second is: These are related to their own characteristics. As in the order in the Sutra of the King of Dharanis. From the four continents, three places should be known. The four are from the division of the teachings of the wise king. As it is said, these seven vajra places are related to each other without interruption by their own characteristics or nature, just as the order shown here is in the Sutra of the Great Compassionate Teaching of the Tathagata, which was requested by the Bodhisattva Dharani Lord King, from the beginning, it should be known that the first vajra place is the teaching of the Three Jewels. From there it is said: Blessed One, perfectly enlightened in the equality of all dharmas, well turning the wheel of Dharma, possessing an extremely tamed and immeasurable assembly of disciples, and so on. The remaining four places, after the beginning, are the sixty defilements of the Bodhisattva who is wise in purifying the qualities of the path.

First, the venerable one clearly manifested the Buddha-nature, as it is said in the "Praise of the Dharmadhatu": "If there is the element, then by the power of karma, one will see the Sala tree." "If there is no element, even if one acts, it only increases affliction." As it is said. Therefore, in order to reveal the Dharmadhatu, which is pure in nature, as the basis to be purified, it is necessary. So, what are these sixty purifications? They are the four ornaments of a Bodhisattva, the eight manifestations, the sixteen great compassions, and the thirty-two activities. Then, the latter three Vajra places should be understood from the eighty kinds of distinctions of the Buddhadharma. After revealing the Dharmadhatu, by revealing the sixteen kinds of great Bodhicitta compassion, Bodhi is revealed. After that, by revealing the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, merit is revealed, as will be explained. After that, by revealing the thirty-two unsurpassed activities of the Tathagata, activity is revealed. Son of lineage, the activity of the Tathagata is these thirty-two. Thus, the activity and the one with activity are spoken of together. Here, some teachers say that the seven places are also shown to be spoken of in separate sutras by way of summary. That is, the Three Jewels are spoken of in the "Sutra of Showing Higher Intention." The element is spoken of in the "Sutra of No Increase or Decrease." Bodhi is spoken of in the "Garland of Flowers Sutra." Merit is spoken of in the "Sutra of No Increase or Decrease." Activity is spoken of in the "Sutra Showing the Entry into the Inconceivable Realm of the Qualities and Wisdom of the Tathagata." Third, it says: From the Buddha comes the Dharma, from the Dharma comes the noble Sangha, from the Sangha one obtains the ultimate essence, the wisdom element, having obtained that wisdom, one is endowed with the supreme power of Bodhi, etc., and all the Dharmas that accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings. That is, from the realization of complete enlightenment in the Dharmadhatu of the equality of all phenomena, the wheel of Dharma is well turned, and from practicing according to the Dharma taught, arises a Sangha of noble ones, extremely tamed and limitless.
