Because each one's inner wisdom vision has been purified of obscurations, they possess the qualities of knowing as many as there are. Because they possess these qualities, the wise Bodhisattvas, the Sangha Jewel who do not turn back from the Great Perfect Enlightenment, are superior to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and possess the unsurpassed qualities of wisdom. This is what was said above. Or, because they possess the suchness, the as many as there are, and the inner wisdom vision, they possess three qualities of knowledge; because they are purified of the obscuration of attachment and the obscuration of obstruction, and because they possess unsurpassed qualities, they possess three qualities of liberation. Adding the two bases of classification, knowledge and liberation, to the six, the eight qualities possessed are the wise Bodhisattvas, the noble ones who have become the assembly of the non-returning Sangha. The former is the preservation of the Indian commentary's view, while the latter follows the earlier Tibetan explanation. The third part has four points: how to realize suchness, how to realize as many as there are, the distinction of complete purity, and explaining it as the supreme refuge. The first point is: 'Because of realizing beings in the peaceful Dharma-nature, therefore it is suchness, and also, because of being completely pure by nature, therefore afflictions are exhausted from the beginning.' It is said that, in order to directly realize with individual self-awareness wisdom that the nature of the minds of all beings is the Dharma-nature of pacifying elaboration from the beginning, therefore the noble Bodhisattvas possess the wisdom of knowing suchness. Moreover, because of realizing that the mind is completely pure and clear by nature, and because of realizing that the adventitious afflictions have not arisen from the beginning, therefore they have been exhausted and ceased. The second point is: 'With the wisdom of realizing the ultimate knowable, because of seeing that all beings possess the Dharma-nature of omniscience, therefore it is as many as there are.' It is said that, with the wisdom of realizing all objects of knowledge and their ultimate suchness, that is, with transcendental wisdom, seeing that the Dharma-nature of omniscience, that is, the Tathagatagarbha, is naturally pervasive in all beings, directly seeing it with individual self-awareness wisdom, therefore the noble Bodhisattvas possess the Dharma

It is in accordance with that. That vision also arises from the first ground, because it is to realize the meaning of going everywhere in the realm of Dharma, so it is said in the commentary. The third is: Whatever is realized in this way, is the very vision of individual self-knowledge. In the stainless realm, there is no attachment, and because there is no obstruction, it is pure. It is said. Whatever is realized by the two wisdoms as the path beyond the world is the very vision of the noble ones' self-awareness wisdom, which is not shared with others. Moreover, because it pervades everything and is naturally free from defilement, it enters the realm of Dharma without attachment, and knows as it is without the obscuration of afflictions; and because it pervades and knows all knowable things, it knows as many as there are without the obscuration of knowledge. Therefore, compared to the vision of temporary wisdom, the two wisdoms are extremely pure. The fourth is: Because the vision of wisdom is pure, because the wisdom of the Buddha is supreme, the noble ones who do not regress are the protectors of all sentient beings. It is said. Because the vision of the two wisdoms is endowed with the qualities of knowing and the qualities of liberation from attachment and obstruction, it is close to the supreme wisdom of the Buddha, and the noble ones who see the Dharma directly and do not regress from perfect enlightenment are the protectors who save all sentient beings from the suffering of samsara. Fourth, there are three divisions for explaining the distinctions of the Three Refuges: the necessity of establishing the Three Refuges, whether or not they are the ultimate refuge, and explaining the meaning of the term Three Jewels. The first is: The teacher, the teaching, and the meaning of learning, the three vehicles and the three doers, based on the faith of all beings, the distinctions of the Three Refuges are established. It is said. The meaning of establishing the Three Refuges is that, by the meaning of explaining the qualities of the teacher Buddha, from seeing his qualities, among the three vehicles, the Mahayana practitioners take the Buddha as the ultimate, and among the three doers, the Buddha is the best of the two-legged ones, and for those who have faith in him, among the Three Refuges, the Buddha is the refuge.

The first place is established as such. Similarly, by the meaning of showing the virtues of the sacred Dharma, from seeing its virtues, for those of the Pratyekabuddha vehicle, those who wish to realize and attain the profound Dharma of dependent origination themselves, and for those who are free from attachment to the Dharma, with the intention of making them the supreme of all assemblies, it is established as the second refuge. By the meaning of showing the virtues of the Sangha of learners, from seeing its virtues, for those of the Shravaka vehicle, who follow the teachings of others and wish to attain it, and for those who intend to make the Sangha the supreme of all assemblies, it is established as the third refuge. In short, with three meanings, for the disciples of six individuals, the establishment of these three refuges is said to be shown for the purpose of gradually leading sentient beings into the path. The second is: Because it should be abandoned, because it is of a deceptive nature, because it is non-existent, because it is accompanied by fear, the two kinds of Dharma and the assembly of noble ones are not a constant and supreme refuge. For the practitioner who goes to the sacred meaning, the refuge is only the one Buddha. The Sage is the Dharmakaya, and the Sangha is also the ultimate of that. It is said, so are the three refuges all ultimate refuges? No, because the Dharma of the scriptures should be abandoned like a boat crossing the river, and there are two kinds of realization Dharma. The path of learning is deceptive because the realization is transformed from above, it is the Dharma of change, and the cessation of learning and the Hinayana does not have the ultimate virtue. Therefore, the Sangha of the noble learners and the Arhats of the Hinayana have the fear of obscuration, and because they have not reached the fearless lion's position, they themselves also take refuge in the Buddha. Therefore, the two kinds of learning scriptures and realization Dharma and the assembly of noble learners are not a constant and supreme refuge. It is certain that the ultimate refuge of the infinite beings for the sacred meaning is only the one Buddha, because the Sage Buddha is the Dharmakaya who has completely abandoned attachment, and the Sangha is also his virtue.
