Whatever contradicts view and conduct, whether in oneself or others, high or low, is called a false Dharma and will throw one into samsara and the lower realms. For example, like an evil Chöd, or using the wrong medicine for a disease. Some people call some of the texts composed (by others) or taken from treasures false Dharma, and they comment on these writings and treasure teachings without even examining the meaning of a single chapter to see whether they are correct or incorrect. This seems to be proclaimed based on the biases of their own schools or the circumstances of individuals. The Buddha said that no one other than the Buddha can measure the extent of others (practice). Therefore, if a person's view and conduct meet the standards, even if you don't like them, you can't just conclude that they are a false Dharma. For example, just like buying and selling good gold and inferior gold has nothing to do with the status of the merchant. Therefore, the Buddha himself said, "Do not rely on the person, rely on the Dharma." Understanding this statement is also important, this is mentioned in passing. Don't turn a god into a demon. It means that when practicing mind training, if you become arrogant and conceited, making your mind rigid, it's like turning a god into a demon, and the Dharma becomes non-Dharma. Therefore, when practicing Dharma or mind training, make your mind more and more tame, treating everyone like the lowest of slaves. Don't look for suffering in the branches of happiness. It means that if patrons etc. get sick or die, you hope to get food and property; if monastic friends or companions die, you hope to get scriptures and statues; if someone equal to you dies, you hope that only you will get merit; if an enemy dies, you think it's good, etc. In short, don't hope that others will suffer undesired suffering for your own happiness. Seventh, is the teaching on the precepts of mind training. Do all yogas with one. It is said that eating, dressing, sleeping, walking, etc., all actions, should be guided by the single yoga that does not separate from the thought of benefiting others. Do all reversals with one. Just like analyzing oneself with analytical reversal, when practicing mind training, if there are many diseases and misfortunes, being slandered and blamed by others, being harmed by ghosts, demons, enemies and disputes, one's own afflictions become stronger, feeling tired of practice, etc., then think that there are many sentient beings in the world who are suffering the same pain as me, and generate compassion for them.

Think in this way, and gather all the unpleasantness and suffering of all sentient beings upon this unpleasantness, and practice only the reversal of exchanging oneself with others. Two actions at the beginning and end: At the beginning, as soon as you wake up in the morning, generate a strong intention, thinking that today you will never be separated from the two bodhicittas. During the day, maintain continuous mindfulness, and finally, when you go to bed at night, examine your thoughts and actions of the day. If there is anything that contradicts bodhicitta, reproach yourself and confess, and vow not to let such things happen again in the future. If there is no contradiction, cultivate joy and pray that in the future you and others will be able to enter an even more excellent state than this. Practice these two actions regularly. For transgressions of vows, etc., generate the same intention and thought. Endure whatever happens: Even if you feel very painful and miserable, think that it is due to past karma, and do not be discouraged. Instead, accept the sins and sufferings of others and strive to purify obscurations. Even if you have great happiness such as flourishing retinues and enjoyments, do not indulge yourself in carelessness. Instead, use wealth for virtuous deeds, transform power into virtuous actions, Pray that all sentient beings may have happiness. In short, endure whatever happens, whether it is happiness or suffering. Protect the two with your life: that is, protect the precepts of all Dharma, such as the three vows, as well as the special precepts and vows in the mind-training teachings, because all happiness in this life and the next arises from this. Therefore, protect these two vows with your life. And whatever you do, do not mix in selfish thoughts, but protect them only with the thought of benefiting others. Train in the three difficulties: The afflictions are difficult to recognize at first, difficult to reverse in the middle, and difficult to cut off in the end. Therefore, at first, as soon as an affliction arises, immediately recognize that it is an affliction. In the middle, generate the power of the antidote to abandon it. Finally, make a firm determination, thinking that such a thing will never happen again in the future. Train in these three. Take the three main causes: The so-called causes of practicing Dharma are
