Is, the five powers are, conduct should be cherished. That is, when a person who has practiced this Dharma is afflicted by a disease that will surely lead to death, first of all, all possessions are generally offered to the Lama and the Three Jewels, and especially, they are given away to the side that one thinks is most beneficial to oneself, without any attachment or clinging, even to the tip of a hair, which is the power of the white seed. If possible, offer the seven-branch offering. If not, then by the power of the roots of virtue accumulated by me in the three times, may I never forget the precious Bodhicitta in all my lives, and may I practice and increase it further. May I meet the true Lama who teaches this Dharma. May the Lama and the precious Three Jewels bless me to accomplish this. Thus, with a single-minded wish, is the power of aspiration and prayer. Self-cherishing has caused me to suffer in countless lives. This time, too, I am experiencing the suffering of death. But in the ultimate sense, since self and mind are not established, there is no death. Oh, I am going to die, such a thought of self-grasping, how shall I destroy you? Such and so on, is the power of subduing. At the time of death, in the bardo, and in all lives, may I never be separated from the two precious Bodhicittas, which is the power of projecting. Recalling the two Bodhicittas that were previously meditated upon is the power of habituation. Therefore, one should mainly focus on these with one-pointedness. As an aid, conduct should also be cherished, the posture of the body should be the seven-point posture. If not possible, then place the right side under. Rest the cheek on the right hand, and block the right nostril with the little finger. Let the air flow from the left channel, and with love and compassion as the guide, combine it with the in and out breath, and practice giving and taking. After that, all phenomena such as samsara, nirvana, birth, and death are all appearances of the mind. In the state of knowing that the nature of the mind is not established in any way, abide without grasping anything with conceptual thought. In those states, one should be able to let the breath flow. There are many exaggerated claims about the instructions at the time of death, but the venerable one said that there is nothing more wonderful than this. Ashes made from burning undamaged conch shells. Mixing the powder of lodestone with honey and applying it to the crown of the head is also a secret instruction for the transference of matter. Fifth, the measure of opening the mind is: all Dharmas are gathered into one necessity. Thus it is said that the necessity of all the Dharmas of the Great and Small Vehicles is to subdue self-grasping.

Abiding alone, practicing Dharma, practicing mind training, one must make self-cherishing smaller and smaller. If it doesn't become an antidote to self-grasping, then the Dharma practice becomes meaningless. The root of whether Dharma becomes Dharma lies in this, therefore, this is said to be the scale for measuring Dharma practitioners. Grasp the main witness of the two witnesses. It means that others seeing the practitioner as qualified is also a witness, but one's own mind is hidden, and ordinary people cannot understand it. Good behavior, any aspect can be satisfying. If one can always do something that one's own heart does not feel ashamed of, that is a sign of successful mind training. Therefore, do not be attached to the witnesses of others, but grasp the witness of one's own mind as the main one. Constantly rely on the only joy. It means that no matter what misfortune and suffering occur, do not generate fear and frustration, but transform it into an aid to mind training, and constantly associate with the only joy, which is the standard of mind training. Therefore, no matter what misfortune occurs, one must practice rejoicing in it, and on this basis, also Learn to joyfully accept all the misfortunes of others. Even if distracted, one can overcome it, that is successful mind training. It means that, for example, just as a skilled rider does not fall from the horse even when distracted, if a sudden misfortune occurs, even without focused mindfulness, one can transform the misfortune into an aid to mind training, that is successful mind training. No matter what appears, enemies, friends, harmers, happiness, suffering, above all these, the Bodhicitta can effortlessly arise naturally. These four points are the signs of Bodhicitta practice maturing and reaching the key point, not that it is a sign that no practice is needed. Therefore, until one becomes a Buddha, one must learn to progress. Sixth, the vows of mind training are: Always practice the three common points. It is said like this. The three common points are: Not contradicting the vows of mind training, that is, from the subtle precepts of individual liberation vows, Bodhisattva vows, and mantra vows, the precepts that one has taken are not stained by the defilements of transgressions, and are not scattered, that is, without self-grasping, but hoping that others know, demolishing deity statues, cutting down sacred trees, stirring sacred water, associating with lepers and beggars, abandoning these scattered behaviors, making the behavior pure. And not being biased towards any side, that is, being able to endure the harm of others, but
