Three. It means: attachment to pleasant and beneficial things, hatred towards unpleasant and harmful things, and ignorance of not thinking about anything in between. These three realms cause the three poisons to arise continuously. As soon as this is recognized, for example, when desire arises, think: May all the afflictions of all sentient beings, जितने (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) desire, be gathered in me! May all sentient beings possess the root of virtue free from desire! May the fruit of their afflictions be cut off by me, and may they be free from afflictions until Buddhahood is attained! The same applies to hatred and so on, and by transforming them into the path, the three poisons are transformed into three roots of limitless virtue. Train with words in all activities. It means: At all times, may those sins ripen on me, and may all my virtues ripen on them. This is the teaching of the noble ones. And, may all the benefits and victories be offered to the Lord sentient beings, and may all the losses and failures be taken by me. This comes from the sayings of the Kadampa. And, may all the sins and sufferings of sentient beings ripen on me, and may all my virtues and happiness ripen on all sentient beings. This is what the son of the Victorious Ones, Thogme, said. Recite any such thing and generate a strong aspiration. The order of taking begins with oneself. It means: In order to be able to take the suffering of others upon oneself, first start with oneself, and take all the suffering that will ripen on oneself in the future with the mind now, and after purifying it, take the suffering of others. Third, taking the path: When the vessel and essence are filled with sin, transform bad conditions into the path of enlightenment. It is said. When the wealth of the outer vessel declines, and the sentient beings of the inner essence are harmed by evil ones, etc., when filled with the fruits of sin and many sufferings, it is necessary to transform the bad conditions that befall into the path of enlightenment. There are three aspects to this: relying on conventional Bodhicitta, relying on ultimate Bodhicitta, and relying on special conduct. The first is: Put all the blame on one. It means: sickness in one's own body, suffering in one's mind, slander from others, disputes with enemies, in short, oneself and one's own side.

No matter what kind of unpleasant things happen, big or small, don't blame others by saying, "It caused the damage." Instead, think: This mind that clings to the non-self has done all kinds of non-virtuous deeds solely for its own desires from beginningless time until now. These painful results have fallen upon my head. Therefore, don't blame anyone else. Blame only this self-grasping, and think about how to overcome it. Therefore, put all your energy into counteracting self-grasping. The Bodhicaryāvatāra says, "All the fears and sufferings in this world, and all the immeasurable losses and pains, arise from clinging to the self. What use is this great demon to me?" It also says, "For hundreds of thousands of millions of eons, this has exhausted me, harmed me, and made me suffer. Today, remembering past grievances, I will destroy you, the great demon of self-grasping." And so on. Practice cherishing great kindness towards all beings. Because, in general, there is no way to attain Buddhahood without relying on sentient beings. Therefore, for a person who wants to attain enlightenment, the kindness of the Buddha and sentient beings is equal. In particular, there is not a single sentient being who has not been one's parent, so their kindness is great. Also, these beings who create obstacles and harm, etc., are the companions and helpers for accumulating merit and purifying obscurations. Therefore, think that their kindness is extremely great, and practice exchanging self and others. Even towards dogs and insects, don't be angry with them. Try to help them in any way you can. If you can't, then think in your heart that these sentient beings or harm-doers will quickly be free from suffering, attain happiness, and achieve Buddhahood, and say it in your words as well. Also, from now on, generate the thought that all the virtuous deeds that you do will be done for their sake. Towards ghosts and spirits, think: From beginningless time, I have been causing harm to them, so now they are causing harm to me. Now, to make amends, I will give them my flesh and blood, etc. Therefore, in front of the harm-doer, give up your own body, and say, "My flesh and blood, etc., take and enjoy whatever you want!" Thinking this, give it away without hesitation, and visualize the harm-doer enjoying your flesh and blood, etc., their mind filled with uncontaminated bliss, and the arising of the two bodhicitta. Also, when you are separated from the antidote and have not noticed the arising of afflictions, this harm-doer is like a lama or a Buddha.
