所成办的，以食物和衣服养育的身体，不与你为伴，被鸟和狗吃掉，或者被燃烧的火焰焚烧，或者沉入水中，或者埋在土坑里。如是说。这样，这个身体不仅不能免于死亡，而且对今生来世都有害。其中，对今生的损害是：这个身体无法忍受疾病，无法忍受炎热，无法忍受寒冷，无法忍受饥饿，无法忍受口渴，担心被追赶，担心被杀害，担心被束缚，担心被剥夺，因此非常痛苦。来世，这个身体的报应会迅速将你抛入恶道。与其他相联系的是：用眼睛看到他人死亡，用耳朵听到，心中忆念，都与自己相联系并观修。其中，将用眼睛看到他人死亡与自己相联系：自己的亲属等，身体充满力量，容貌焕发光彩，感受充满快乐，从不把死亡放在心上的人，像今天这样被死亡的疾病击倒，身体的力量丧失，连坐都不能，容貌的光彩消失，变得黯淡无光，感受充满痛苦，无法忍受病痛，无法承受疼痛，药物和治疗也无效，仪式和次第也没有帮助，知道要死亡，却无能为力，被亲戚们围绕，吃最后的食物，说最后的话，我也具有这样的自性，具有这样的属性，具有这样的特征，无法超越这个规律，这样思维。然后，那个人断气了，从今天开始，无论多么珍爱，都是家里不能缺少的人，现在那具尸体却不适合在家里停留哪怕一天，急忙用绳子捆在床上，加上柴火，由抬尸人抬出去的时候，有些人抱着尸体哭泣，有些人哭喊着，有些人晕倒，还有些人说：这是土，这是石头，你这样做太小气了。尸体跨过门槛，看到现在无论如何都无法再回到屋里，我也像之前一样思考。然后，尸体被送到墓地，被虫子啃噬，被狗和狼等吃掉，骨骸散落。

Accomplished by, the body nourished by food and clothing, will not accompany you, but be eaten by birds and dogs, or burned by blazing fire, or sunk in water, or buried in a pit of earth. Thus it is said. In this way, this body not only cannot escape death, but is also harmful to both this life and the next. Among them, the harm to this life is: this body cannot endure illness, cannot endure heat, cannot endure cold, cannot endure hunger, cannot endure thirst, fears being chased, fears being killed, fears being bound, fears being stripped, and is therefore very painful. In the next life, the retribution of this body will quickly throw you into the lower realms. Relating to others is: seeing the death of others with the eyes, hearing with the ears, and remembering in the mind, all are related to oneself and meditated upon. Among them, relating seeing the death of others with the eyes to oneself: one's relatives and others, whose body is full of strength, whose face is radiant, whose feelings are full of happiness, who never take death to heart, like today being struck down by the disease of death, the body's strength is lost, unable even to sit up, the radiance of the face disappears, becoming dull and lifeless, the feelings are full of pain, unable to endure the pain, unable to bear the pain, medicine and treatment are also ineffective, rituals and procedures are also of no help, knowing that one will die, but being powerless, surrounded by relatives, eating the last food, saying the last words, I also have this nature, have this attribute, have this characteristic, and cannot transcend this law, thus thinking. Then, that person breathes their last, and from today onwards, no matter how cherished, is someone who cannot be missing from the home, but now that corpse is not suitable to stay in the house for even a day, hastily tied to the bed with ropes, added with firewood, and carried out by the corpse carriers, some people embrace the corpse and weep, some people cry out, some people faint, and others say: This is earth, this is stone, you are being too petty by doing this. The corpse crosses the threshold, and seeing that it can no longer return to the house in any way, I also think as before. Then, the corpse is taken to the cemetery, eaten by worms, eaten by dogs and wolves, and the bones are scattered.
