Even if it doesn't seem like you are practicing, it is important to always observe your own mind. Do not be controlled by afflictions, attachment, and aversion, and strive to keep your mindfulness of virtue unscattered. If we consider it from the perspective of the pāramitās, mindfulness and awareness are said to be the basis or foundation of the three trainings. If you always go there, your practice will be continuous. It's like a wise wife's savings are exhausted, but there is always something available to use at any time. Behavior must arise naturally, and the best behavior is devotion to the guru. So-called behavior does not mean having many things like that Namar over there, but it is very important that all actions, such as walking, sleeping, sitting, and staying, are done for the benefit of sentient beings. So-called behavior arises naturally, but if it becomes the power to produce evil, it will become a black district. Strive to make offerings to the Three Jewels and other virtuous deeds. Turn all the actions of body, speech, and mind into Dharma. Dedicate all the roots of virtue you have done to the meaning of beings as vast as the sky. Do not do even a needlepoint of evil in secret. In front of people, pretend to be diligent, wiping the mandala, prostrating, etc., like a pig's tail, but in reality, you are not diligent, so you must always strive consistently. Like an old ox watering, it won't be strong at first, but later it must be like having no attachment, proceeding without interruption. And so on, countless things were said. In short, view is to look at the meaning of reality, meditation is to abide in the meaning of non-dual śamatha-vipassanā, one-pointedly, and behavior is to enhance virtuous conduct through the four types of behavior. This is behavior. Ultimately realizing reality, being free from hope and fear, and all grasping and clinging, attaining the state of the four kāyas, and guiding all those to be tamed through the four activities. The meaning of these, the two, view and meditation, are completely contained within this guide. There are also five types of behavior: Samantabhadra's conduct, secret conduct, intellectual asceticism, gaṇacakra conduct, and the victorious conduct that surpasses all directions. The first is: without being separated from the experience of vipassanā, in the four types of behavior, all conceptual thoughts are like snow falling on a stone, without needing an antidote, they naturally pacify and disappear on their own. In order to enhance this experience, secret conduct is to be performed, that is, in the charnel ground.

In places such as trees or single trees, one should have the Mudra Mother. The Vidya Vratin is one who goes naked, adorned with the six ornaments, and wanders in the city together with the Mudra Mother. The Tsog Practice is when one goes to places such as the great streets, markets, or the homes of evil castes, and if praise, revelry, insults, beatings, quarrels, etc., arise from songs, dances, etc., then like fire spreading in a forest, it becomes an aid to virtuous conduct and Samadhi. If that becomes an aid, then one should practice the conduct of being victorious over all directions, dispelling ignorance. Even if one eats poison, it can be transformed into nectar, thus overcoming food. Because the contaminated winds are stopped, one overcomes the winds. Because there is no partiality towards all of Samsara and Nirvana, one is victorious over all directions. Because there is no acceptance or rejection, the conduct is perfected, and these are the five conducts. At all those times, one does not go beyond the radiance of the emptiness of the Dharma-nature that has always been there, hence it is a Mudra. Above that, what is called the Buddha's wisdom cannot be found, hence it is called Great. These are the stages of the Path Mahamudra. The Forty-fourth Dharma. Thirdly, the Fruit Mahamudra: By traversing the stages of the Path, the faults of the Basis are exhausted and manifest. The faults of the Path are exhausted and perfected. The Fruit is obtained on the Basis. For all phenomena, while appearing without obstruction, they are empty in their own nature. From that very way of abiding in emptiness, all the phenomena that appear, however many there may be, are not established separately from it, and are non-dual, thus liberating from the cycle of dualistic grasping and hope and fear. Realization is perfected, and one realizes the meaning of the Mahamudra, which possesses many qualities such as strength and fearlessness, and is the nature of the three Kayas, five wisdoms, qualities, and activities, the ultimate non-meditation, liberating from all obscurations, realizing all that is to be realized, the qualities of being free from realization and Vipaka, etc., are all manifested, and that is called the Fruit Mahamudra. In general, all outer and inner Dharmas do not go beyond the three of appearance, awareness, and emptiness, hence they are the nature of the three Kayas. If these are combined with the three of Basis, Path, and Fruit, then the three Kayas of the Basis are that one's own mind is not established in any way, free from all elaborations, and the emptiness of its realm appears as the Dharmakaya. However, this emptiness is not nothing at all or like a stone, but emptiness itself
