It should be known as such. Furthermore, there are also distinctions such as the Mind-Essence Mahamudra and the Phenomenal Existence Mahamudra. Among them, the wisdom of the original, primordial state of reality, the Mahamudra, which is free from all extremes and exists within one's own continuum, is called the Mind-Essence Mahamudra. The complete realization or arising of all phenomena of phenomenal existence, samsara and nirvana, as one great wave of wisdom, is called the Phenomenal Existence Mahamudra. The way to practice these two is through all the above instructions and ways of settling. The third session of Dharma is complete. Moreover, it is also possible to practice through the three aspects of view, meditation, and conduct. As for the view, meditation, conduct, and result: Lord Milarepa said, "If you are certain of the view, look at your own mind. If you seek the view outside of the mind, it is like a blind man seeking wealth, oh, Lhaje Tonpa. If you are certain of meditation, do not eliminate the faults of sinking and excitement. If you eliminate the faults of sinking, excitement, scattering, and dullness in meditation, it is like lighting a lamp during the day, oh, Lhaje Tonpa. If you are certain of conduct, do not alternate between acceptance and rejection. If you alternate between hope and doubt in conduct, it is like a bee trapped in a net, oh, Lhaje Tonpa. If you are certain of the result, generate certainty in your own mind. If you seek the unobtainable result from elsewhere, it is like a frog jumping into the sky, oh, Lhaje Tonpa." Or, as Dagpo Rinpoche said, "The mind is clear and without grasping, like the sky; not falling to any side is the view. The mind is self-aware and self-luminous, like a mirror; without clarity or obscurity is meditation. The mind is uncorrected, relaxed like a child; free from affirmation and negation is conduct." And also, "Looking at one's own mind is the view. If one realizes all phenomena as mind, that is realization. If one becomes accustomed to that, that is meditation. If one experiences its essence, that is experience. If one constantly abides in that, that is conduct. Essence Manifested is the result. Showing that to others is activity. Relying on the view, realization arises. Relying on meditation, experience arises. From the result, altruistic activity arises." And as Götsangpa said, "Realizing samsara and nirvana as non-dual is the view. The appearances of the six consciousnesses arise in various ways, but being free from the mind of clinging to reality is meditation.

. Whatever happiness or suffering arises, treating it with equanimity is practice. Without equanimity and subsequent attainment, the apprehended and apprehender are pure like the sky, that is the result. If view, meditation, conduct, and result are integrated as a whole, there is nothing better than that. Also, Je Rinpoche Zhang said: Looking but not seeing anything, that is the view itself. If there is no object of memory and seeing, that is the meditation itself. If bliss and emptiness are mixed as one, that is the experience itself. If separated from the two, before and after, that is the conduct itself. If the elaboration of hope and fear is cut off, that is the result itself. This is the oral instruction of the Lama, please let it penetrate your mind. Also, make the view without bias. Make the conduct without pretense. Make compassion without partiality. Make meditation without distraction. Qualities will arise without depletion. Also, the view is not inverted, the instructions are not misused, the meditation is not mistaken and not lax, the conduct is without attachment and without fault, if the vows are not shamed by the gods, then the result will satisfy all needs and will not be consumed by demons, like a medicinal tree. Also, because the seer and the seen are non-dual, it is the king of view without attachment. Because the meditator and the meditated are without attachment, it is the king of meditation without attachment. Because the actor and the act are without attachment, it is the king of conduct without attachment. Because the obtained and the obtainable are without attachment, it is the king of result without attachment. Also, Je Rangjung Dorje said: If one looks at one's own awareness with oneself, that is called view. Not having anything to do is called conduct. Such conduct is called union. Abiding without distraction is called meditation. Also, the meaning is: Looking at one's own mind is view. Not being distracted from it is meditation. Not being separated from it is conduct. Its manifestation is the result. Looking but there is nothing to see, appearance is mind itself. Meditating but there is nothing to meditate on, awareness is naturally clear. Acting but there is nothing to act on, acting spontaneously. The result is that there is nothing to achieve, one's own mind is Buddha. Also, Tailopa said: Transcending all apprehended and apprehender is the king of view. Without distraction is the king of meditation. Without effort is the king of conduct. Without hope and fear is the king of result. Also, Jigten Sumgon said: Mind
