Sometimes it appears, sometimes it is not so clear, and dreams become less frequent than before. That experience sometimes comes and sometimes doesn't, creating great interest in meditation. Dharma Lesson Seven. The Great One-Pointedness is the practice of Samatha and Vipassana, and the four activities, continuously day and night, naturally proceeding in a state of clarity and emptiness. The experience of clarity and emptiness, accompanied by bliss, arises continuously, and all thoughts, afterthoughts, and dreams dissolve into it. The nature of mind is bliss-emptiness, awareness-emptiness, appearance-emptiness, clarity-emptiness, and other emptiness experiences, with many dreamlike and illusory experiences predominating. Because there are many qualities of contaminated virtue, and there is no better meditation than this, the thought arises whether it is the Great Non-Meditation, but without clinging to these experiences and realizations, one realizes that thoughts are clarity-emptiness and appearances are appearance-emptiness. Believing that everything is mind, and mind is unborn and self-liberated, one gains the memory of this conviction, the realization of direct perception ceases, and towards the Lama, one generates the perception of a Buddha. In the state of clarity and emptiness, one proceeds day and night, without attachment to samsara, without inverted thoughts, seeing the true nature, and reaching a state of non-meditation, the skill of one-pointedness is perfected, qualities arise, and one sees the true nature. If this has not yet been achieved, one should exert effort and practice. The object of abandonment here is the five desires, so one must abandon attachment to this life, attachment to enjoyment, attachment to samadhi, etc., and must maintain cleanliness and dwell in solitude. The difference between Samatha and Vipassana here is distinguished by whether one abides or not. Abiding in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination is Samatha. Not being in that state is Vipassana. Dharma Lesson Eight. Second, Freedom from Elaborations. That is, being happy in the state of abiding is one-pointedness, and guarding the experience of one-pointedness without clinging to it, when will one be able to not rely on the effort of meditation, mindfulness, and retention, but to know that both abiding and moving, and the nature of mind, the co-emergent wisdom and the arising and ceasing of thoughts, to realize the nature of being free from the three states of abiding. All dharmas are understood in a non-elaborate way, without artificiality. All experiences disappear into emptiness where there is nowhere to go. The nature of awareness, like peeling off a husk or finding a treasure, is nakedly realized as being free from elaborations. One feels that the mind has gained autonomy, and this

It seems to be so, it is easy to recognize from the beginning, and there are not many ups and downs in the experience, even if there are, there is no joy or sorrow. If you put your mind on external appearances, everything will appear like an illusion. Even if it doesn't become emptiness, there is no contradiction. This is non-attachment to appearances, giving rise to the conviction of being free from superimposition, giving rise to the realization that "it seems to be so," and uniting shamatha and vipassana, so that the characteristics of conceptual thoughts are liberated in themselves, thereby causing conceptual thoughts to appear as the dharmakaya. Appearances are also realized as one's own mind. The nature of mind is known as the dharmakaya. The view is more focused on emptiness, so this appearance also abides in a state of non-emptiness and non-establishment, and is comfortable on emptiness. Realizing more about cause and effect and emptiness is called the yoga of non-proliferation. It also has three types: small, medium, and large. The first is that even if one only realizes that the nature of appearance, mind, and awareness is free from arising and ceasing, a clinging to the conviction of emptiness arises, and because one has not separated from it, the distinction between experience and realization is not completely separated. In the post-meditation state, when one is not caught by mindfulness, the grasping of enemies and friends as real has not stopped, and the grasping of objects has not been cut off, so for the appearance of the six consciousnesses, one is attached to grasping the good, and hates grasping the bad, and being confused is ignorance, so grasping of good or bad will arise. If one is separated from the practice of Mahamudra, it is non-virtuous, and if one is not separated, it is virtuous, so in this case, it is said that the indeterminate does not have much effect on seeing the truth. Sleep and dreams are also mostly confused. There will be slight ups and downs in virtuous activities. The ninety-ninth Dharma class. The medium non-proliferation is liberation from the previous gross experience of the mind being free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, and the gross stains of clinging to emptiness. Free from joy or attachment, ordinary consciousness is relaxed in the absence of objects. The clinging to appearance and emptiness, afflictions, and conceptual thoughts are all rootless and baseless, and it is enough to recognize them in themselves. Now there is still a slight maladjustment to external objects, so it is somewhat uncomfortable with appearances. Hopes and worries such as "Where did this appearance come from? Although it is emptiness, this appearance has stopped and has not completely separated" will arise. In the post-meditation and dream states, various confusions or non-confusions will arise. Recognizing that post-meditation is called recognition.
