That which appears is also born from one's own conceptual thoughts or the magic of the mind, therefore, be certain that it is one's own mind. The mind should also be settled in the state of clear emptiness, without grasping, or transformed into the four bodies; by meditating on the evil spirits as the four bodies, they can be eliminated. Here, doing one session is also fine. In short, the elimination of obstacles from illness and evil spirits is taught as one aspect, and here it can also be done as the fourth topic. Third, eliminating obstacles to samadhi: There is no need for many faults in meditation to arise, and all faults in meditation can be summarized into dullness and agitation. If you want to eliminate them, you must, as mentioned above, through samadhi, conduct, diet, wind, body posture, etc., strive to turn dullness into agitation and agitation into dullness, and learn to abide in clear awareness free from both dullness and agitation. Or, to eliminate dullness and agitation through Guru Yoga: When dullness arises, visualize Guru Amitabha, with a red body, above the crown of the head, merged with the lineage gurus and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and pray with devotion and intense longing, together with oneself. From the Guru, infinite rays of light emanate and dissolve into oneself, purifying all four causes of dullness, namely dullness of time, dullness of conduct, dullness of shadow, dullness of karmic ripening, etc. The Guru dissolves into light and merges into oneself, visualizing oneself as a mass of light illuminating all pure lands. That light also dissolves into the sky, and by settling in the state of awareness with sharpness, dullness is eliminated. When agitation arises, visualize Guru Vajrasattva, with a blue body, in the center of a four-petaled lotus in the heart. On the four petals, visualize Vairochana and others, also with the same body color, surrounded by heroes, dakinis, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, etc., of their respective families. From their hearts, blue light rays emanate and strike the Guru, clearly visualizing the light rays stretched in all directions like tightening the ropes of a tent, and abide in the state of Mahamudra. In general, both dullness and agitation depend on the body posture and the mind posture, therefore, it is very important to adjust the body posture well. Or, whether dullness or agitation arises, look at its nature and abide without alteration, which will eliminate it well. Also, if there is little bliss in the body, visualize Guru Amitabha. If clarity is

If the (meditation) time is short, practice Akshobhya (Tibetan: mi bskyod pa). If there are few thoughts, meditate on Vairochana (Tibetan: rnam snang), and pray for what you desire, this will eliminate all obstacles and increase merits. At the time of death, take death itself as a companion on the path, without any attachment, hope, or doubt towards anything, blend it into clarity and emptiness, so that death can also become a companion on the path. In detail, for the elimination of obstacles from diseases, evil spirits, and samadhi, practice individual visualizations, this is the fifty-fifth Dharma teaching. In short, you can combine all the obstacle elimination methods here into one Dharma teaching. Third, regarding the way to traverse the path: In general, Mahamudra does not rely on the effort of gradually traversing the path. As Zhang Rinpoche said, "Once Mahamudra is realized, it is a mistake for fools to distinguish the grounds and paths." Therefore, in order to guide sentient beings onto the path, or because sentient beings have different levels of intelligence, there are various ways such as sudden, transcendent, and gradual, here there is no contradiction in showing the way to traverse the path according to the gradual way. Therefore, according to the four yogas, the way to traverse the path from high to low, the boundaries between top and bottom, and how to manifest the path are shown. If divided in detail, the four yogas can be combined with the three of base, path, and result, each stage can be divided into four. But here, we talk about it in conjunction with the path. The teachings of the Kagyu lineage masters say, "Experience and realization are like fences connected together." First, the experience of one-pointed yoga is: awareness being clear and pure is its nature. If there are ups and downs, it is still experience, not stable. If the ups and downs are small, there will be a slight feeling. In general, just one-pointed yoga is experience, not realization. Even if it is non-distraction, if the thought arises in the mind that "the awareness pointed out by the guru is this," thereby recognizing one's own mind, that is experience. Awareness itself fully and naturally realizes that it is without self-nature, that is realization. One-taste yoga is: thinking that one's own body, external appearance, and one's own mind are all without self-nature, this is experience. External appearances are like images in a mirror, although they appear separately, but at the same time realizing that they are united, that is realization. Non-meditation yoga is: thinking that there is no meditator and no object of meditation, this is experience. Awareness itself fully and naturally realizes that it is free from meditator and object of meditation, that is realization. It is very important not to confuse experience and realization.
