said. The yoga of one-pointedness is that yogi who clearly sees the nature of the mind, his mind abides in one-pointedness, awareness is clear and bright, and the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arises, and also, due to the reasons of unfamiliarity, familiarity, and extreme familiarity, it will become small, medium, and large. Therefore, it is said in this way for the duration of short, long, and as long as desired. Small one-pointedness is that when the mind is placed with fabrication, the manifest thoughts cease, and it goes into a state of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and the mind will be able to grasp one-pointedness. Because one has not gained mastery over samadhi, sometimes even if one meditates, it will not come, and sometimes even if one does not meditate, it will come, sometimes it is clear, and sometimes it is not clear. At that time, one has not gained realization, and great certainty has not arisen. But it can also lead to the beginning of the initial wisdom and the beginning of the path. These experiences of one-pointedness are like seeing a corner of the moon on the first day of the month, the mind abides without fabrication, and it is in a state of bliss, and one does not want to break it, and if one does not break it, the experience that is in accordance with the essence of the practice will not arise, so one must break it, do not stop the thoughts, and for any thoughts that arise, recognize their selflessness, and thereby determine it. Moreover, at the time of small one-pointedness, the mind has a clear emptiness and a blissful experience, and in that state, when a thought arises, it will naturally purify itself, and there will also be a definite understanding of the fabrication that is considered to be meditation. In the post-meditation, there will be an attachment to the memory, so mostly the phenomenon of attachment with joy will appear. Once the thought is grasped, there will not be much difference except for the dream that is clearer and brighter than before, and the clinging that is considered to be experience and emptiness and mental appearance. Sometimes it feels like one cannot practice, it is difficult to abide, there are great ups and downs, and faith, pure appearance, and compassion will increase greatly. The sixth Dharma class ends. The medium one is that sometimes even if one does not meditate, one will enter that samadhi, and when one meditates, it will become stable, that is, one can show the pure part of the samadhi of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality that has been practiced, and has defiled present perceptions, miraculous powers, and many qualities, and in that experience, compared to before, fewer thoughts arise, and any thoughts that arise will naturally purify themselves. In the post-meditation, the vast appearance accompanied by the experience of clear emptiness, whenever one remembers the practice
