Entering the central channel, afflictive emotions like jealousy are pacified, and one is not obstructed by hindrances. With hands in the Samadhi mudra, placed four fingers below the navel, the water-wind enters the central channel, thereby pacifying the afflictive emotion of hatred. Straightening the spine like an arrow and spreading the shoulders like a Garuda's wings, the earth-wind enters the central channel, thereby pacifying delusion. Bending the neck slightly towards the chest, the fire-wind enters the central channel, thereby pacifying desire. Without closing the eyes, gazing four fingers below the tip of the nose, and with the tongue touching the upper palate, the wind of wind enters the central channel, thereby pacifying pride and clarifying awareness. This is because the key to the mind is wind, the key to wind is the channels, and the key to the channels is the eyes, so it is important not to deviate from the gaze. Thus, with the body possessing the five or seven aspects of meditation, the five poisons naturally subside, and wind and mind naturally enter the *dhūti* (藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱི,梵文天城体:धूत,梵文罗马拟音:dhūta,汉语字面意思:抖擞功德), all thoughts naturally cease, becoming relaxed and clear, and realization quickly arises, so the body posture is very important. If the body is leaning or swaying, etc., and not aligned with the key points, thoughts will scatter and the mind cannot be controlled. If the body leans to the right, first the experience of clarity is lost, then hatred arises, and there is a risk of harm from demon kings, etc. If leaning to the left, first the experience of bliss is lost, then intense desire arises, and harm from singing demons and female demons, etc., occurs. If bending forward, first non-thought arises effortlessly, then it turns into delusion, and harm from earth spirits, etc., occurs. Especially when seeing two people, etc., in discussion, if one thinks, "These two must be talking about me," or feels displeasure, etc., many faults of the life-sustaining wind being reversed will occur. With the body posture leaning backwards, first the experience of emptiness arises effortlessly, then afflictive emotions such as pride arise, and thoughts of the aforementioned demons also arise, especially the mind becomes restless and thoughts scatter. The body becomes emaciated, and faults such as seminal leakage occur. Therefore, in order to not generate any faults and to perfect all qualities, the body posture is very important, so it is important not to deviate from the posture. The five aspects of meditation are, as Lama Zhang said: There are five key points of the body: straightening like an arrow, bending like a hook, interlacing like a window lattice, binding like an iron ring, and rolling up like a scroll. Straightening like an arrow is: the spine.

Straight like an arrow, For example, correcting an arrow is not done by straightening it directly, but like forcefully correcting it towards the direction it is bent. For the three wrinkles of the small abdomen, it is not just straightening, but adjusting through the forward and backward movements of the waist posture. The necessity of doing this is that the three channels remain in their own positions, and the Avadhūta (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི,Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत,Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Literal Chinese meaning: Defiled One) runs straight, thereby untying the knots of the channels, making it easier for the wind to enter the Dhūti channel. Crooked like an iron hook, refers to slightly and naturally bending the neck. The necessity of doing this is to prevent the wind and discursive thoughts that emanate from the left and right channels like fish opening their mouths, thereby giving rise to non-discrimination. Intertwined like a window lattice, refers to intertwining the ankles of the feet. The necessity of doing this is that it is a substitute for the vajra posture, so it will not be disturbed by obstacles. Tied like an iron chain, refers to tightly wrapping from the knees with a vajra knot or meditation belt, etc. The necessity of doing this is to prevent the key parts of the body from being dislocated. Tightened like a curl, refers to inserting a cloth pad into the buttocks and tightly constricting the lower gate. The necessity of doing this is to make the channels and wind meet, thereby quickly generating bliss and warmth. Regarding these five key points of the body, Jetsun Marpa Lotsawa (Tibetan: མར་པ་ལྷོ་བྲག་པ, Modern place name: Lhozhag) said, "Putting all the instructions of Tibet together is not as great as these five key points of my body. Why? Because the key possessed by these five key points of my body allows the wind to naturally enter the Dhūti channel. Its key allows the tummo to naturally ignite from the navel. Its key allows the bodhicitta nectar to naturally descend from the crown of the head. It allows bliss to arise naturally. It allows non-discrimination to arise involuntarily without having to deliberately cut off discursive thoughts. It allows the wisdom of realization to arise spontaneously." Therefore, the method of placing the body is very important at first, and being accustomed to this for a long time will balance the inner elements, thereby leading to longevity, healing existing illnesses, preventing new illnesses from arising, and purifying and strengthening the channels and wind, so that the weight of the upper body will not harm the lower body. The three channels, wind, and bindu gather as one, and even after many years, there will be no discomfort. The essence of the purified essence becomes extremely ripe, so awareness is self-luminous, and realization arises effortlessly. Twenty-first Dharma session
