Perhaps one will think that one has realized the truth of not going to hell. One can also understand the profound Dharma, and the mind itself appears as the Lama, which will become a companion for spiritual practice. Reduce attachment to anything, and turn the mind away from the eight worldly concerns. However, now there may be thoughts such as "I don't need a Lama," as well as arrogance, conceit, and looking down on others. When practicing the three freedom from elaborations, abandon the three attachments, rely on very secluded mountains, and diligently engage in silence and solitary retreat. Except for Torma offerings and Lama's supplication, temporarily abandon the virtuous practices with signs, and focus on mindfulness, and it is very important to meditate attentively. Sometimes accumulate virtuous deeds of conditioned phenomena such as offerings and generosity, generate devotion to the Lama, pure perception to Dharma brothers and sisters,

Wherever realization occurs, there is the experience and the holding of the awareness of experience, this is the small one taste. When many experiences become one taste, and the defilement of experiencing and holding awareness is purified, appearances are not left outside, and the mind is not left inside, the indivisibility of appearance and mind becomes clear, this is the medium one taste. Many are realized as one taste, and one taste arises as many, all subsiding into the state of equality, this is the great one taste. The distinction between the ultimate and non-ultimate one taste is: whatever arises in appearance, without acceptance or rejection, negation or affirmation, if one recognizes oneself as the naturally equal, without object, self-illuminating, then one sees the essence of one taste. If there is a clinging to the experience, holding, and awareness of being mixed into equality, then the essence is not seen. If everything that arises appears as the play of that naturally equal, then the play is complete. If one taste does not appear as many, accompanied by the antidote, then the play is not complete. If the clinging to dualistic appearances such as appearance and mind is purified, and one is satisfied with whatever arises without bondage or liberation in the arising of the six aggregates, then conceptual thought arises as meditation. If the arising doors need to be liberated by the memory of recognition, then it has not arisen. If appearance and mind are mixed, and one obtains miraculous powers such as transformation, then qualities are born. If the conditions of the awakening path are weak, and signs do not appear, then qualities are not born. If all-pervading compassion arises effortlessly, and the treasure of benefiting others is opened, then the seeds of the form body are sown. If the power of compassion and other methods is weak, and benefiting others is not accomplished, then the seeds are not sown. If one clearly realizes the interdependence of cause and effect, and knows that the momentary arising of awareness distinguishes between samsara and nirvana, and is skilled in cause and effect, then conventionality is self-sufficient. If one taste does not appear as the cause and effect of many, then it is not self-sufficient. In that, at the time of the small one taste, although everything is realized as the essence of the natural state, there is still a slight part of experiencing and holding there. In post-meditation, due to the disturbance of strong external conditions, the appearance of the six aggregates is uncomfortable for virtuous practice, and many appearances of grasping and clinging arise on their own. Even in dreams, many confusions and clingings arise. Sometimes the experience of the indivisibility of body, appearance, and mind arises. However, it is possible that respect for cause and effect, devotion, and compassion may decrease. At the time of the medium one taste, what is realized, the one who realizes, the experience
