Without needing to hold onto mindfulness, all appearances arise as meditation, resulting in a state of unwavering from meditation. In post-meditation, the 'unknowing of impermanence' is called the residue of ignorance, the alaya-consciousness free from conceptualization, remaining in an indeterminate state. Although no karma is accumulated, the clinging that has not been purified into wisdom arises fleetingly like an illusion, and it is said that even in dreams, a slight clinging to the reality of unknowing occurs. In the intermediate state of non-meditation, that subtle dualistic appearance like an illusion completely transforms into an atmosphere of non-meditation day and night. The subtle and minute aspect of non-discriminating unknowing in post-meditation, which is said to arise as self-luminous, is called completion in accordance with one's nature, and is an extremely subtle residue of negative tendencies, and it is said that even at night there is this element. In the great state of non-meditation, that subtle and minute aspect of non-discriminating unknowing is also purified into wisdom, and by the merging of clear light mother and child, everything is transformed into the vast expanse of wisdom, and for one's own benefit, the Dharmakaya is perfectly attained. Because its inherent capacity matures unimpededly, for the benefit of others, the spontaneously accomplished benefit of beings occurs for as long as samsara exists through the manifestation of the Rupakaya's images, it is said. Among these, the non-meditation that arises in this life is: there is no antidote to be abandoned, no antidote to be relied upon, no object to be purified, no mind to purify, and having gained a deep certainty of no birth and no death from the depths of one's heart, it is difficult for non-meditation without equipoise and post-meditation to arise from small or intermediate non-meditation. In general, the non-meditation that is separate from the meditator, the object of meditation, and the act of meditation, may also become a state of non-elaboration. Appearances and thoughts arise individually as meditation, and thus non-meditation without equipoise and post-meditation arises as one taste, these are experiential non-meditations, not true non-meditations. Among these, in true non-meditation, until the subtle aspect of non-discriminating unknowing arises as self-luminous, it is said that it is very important to continuously maintain ordinary consciousness without alteration or fabrication by the wheel of mindfulness and wisdom. Wherever one dwells, with whomever one associates, and whatever one does, even if one does not accumulate karma, it is very important to maintain the conduct of a great practitioner, raise the banner of solitary retreat and practice, abandon improper behavior, and properly adopt and reject worldly affairs. Equipoise, post-meditation, post...

Although the appearances, experiences, and dreamlike manifestations are all gradually attributed to the stages, if one only cultivates meditation in solitude as it is said, then in the post-meditation period, if one is influenced by the appearances of this life, etc., all the manifestations that conform to the teachings and norms are unlikely to arise, but the nature of realization will appear as it is. Thus, regarding the experiences and manifestations of realization of the twelve yogas, the last yogas are very difficult to deeply understand and are not within the realm of thought. However, one should have firm faith in this by relying on the teachings of Je Gomtshul and the teachings of some Kagyu lineage masters. In detail, one must push the practice to the extreme and learn from the teachings and instructions of the inner guru of one's own mind and the outer guru of accomplished and realized beings. In general, one must reach the state of exhaustion of mind and exhaustion of dharma. We who have not yet perfected the karmic residue of previous practices, merely practice meditation and dharma for a few years with happy dharma, and then boast that realization has manifested, deceiving ourselves and others as if pursuing the two benefits. One must carefully consider this and it seems important to maintain an impartial attitude. Fourth, the way of traversing the bhumis and paths through cultivating meditation is: Generally, studying from the gradual path taught in the characteristic vehicle is to make the mode of appearance a distinction of qualities; and here, studying the single decisive path of innate meditation is to make the nature a distinction. The two are ultimately the same, but temporarily different in form. However, the way of traversing the bhumis and paths is: First, from entering the path of blessing until seeing the nature of one-pointed meditation and perfecting the power, is the stage of the accumulation path of the beginner; between the three of meditation free from elaboration is the stage of the path of joining of the faith-acting ground; the three of meditation one taste and the small and medium non-meditation are respectively the first ground of the seeing path and the stages of the meditation path from the second to the tenth ground; great non-meditation is the ultimate path of attaining Buddhahood. Since one immediately protects the self-nature of reality, one has not cultivated the path taught in the causal vehicle, and therefore the path signs taught in relation to it will not appear. It is said that when the power of great non-meditation is perfected, all the qualities of the mode of appearance will simultaneously arise spontaneously. However, the path of secret mantra methods
