To circumambulate, praise, and pray, even the merit of joining one's palms once towards the Buddha, or throwing a single flower into the sky, is said to be immeasurable. We, like animals, do not know good and evil. Even if we know, we cannot utter a single mani, having not taken such a helpless, bad body, we have obtained the leisure and endowment of a human body. At this time when we can practice Dharma, it is important not to waste our lives, but to leave some trace of virtue. Fourth, the Guru Yoga that swiftly brings blessings is: purify into emptiness with स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།, Devanagari: स्वभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: self-nature). From within emptiness, on top of a lotus and sun disc, visualize oneself as Vajravarahi. Moreover, if you visualize your own body as ordinary, blessings will not enter the uncleared obscurations. Visualizing as a Yidam is an auspicious connection for blessings to enter swiftly, therefore the Yidam can also be visualized in conjunction with one's own devotion. The mother who gives birth to all Buddhas is none other than Vajravarahi. Her essence is Mahamudra, appearing as Sahajakaya. Moreover, this lineage of Yoginis is very close, therefore blessings are swift. Due to the auspicious connection of being the secret Yidam of Jetsun Marpa, Milarepa, and Gampopa, it is practiced in this way. In the space above your crown or in front of you, on a jeweled throne supported by eight lions, covered with divine silk brocade, on a lotus and moon cushion, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the root Guru himself, appears in the form of Vajradhara, as in the refuge ceremony, with the Kagyu Gurus from the root Guru up to Vajradhara residing in tiers, surrounded by the ocean of accomplished masters of the Drukpa Kagyu, Tshelpa Kagyu, Taglung Kagyu, Karma Kagyu, etc. Furthermore, the Gurus of Dzogchen, the Six Dharmas of Naropa, Lamdre, Shije, Chögyal Lingpa, and Lojong are gathered like clouds. Surrounded by the assembly of Yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, they also abide from the beginning in the inseparability of perfection, samaya, and wisdom. Generate not just verbal devotion, but from the depths of your heart, generate intense respect and a fervent cry. Invoke with Khyabdag Ngönpo, etc. Omin.

With Dharmadhatu and other seven-branch prayers, the Mahamudra lineage supplication, etc., the supplication can be either elaborate or concise. Recite the Mani mantra four times, and especially the Vajra words of Je Duchen (Lord of Time). Recite the six-line supplication without distraction, accumulating the count. Finally, request the glorious Lama and others to bestow empowerment, and all the surrounding disciples dissolve into light and merge into the lineage Lama. The lineage Lamas gradually dissolve into each other, dissolving into light and merging into the root Lama, the root Lama becomes the essence of all the deities, and white light radiates from the forehead, merging into one's own brow. The obscurations of the body, such as killing, are purified, and the vase empowerment is received. One has the power to meditate on the generation stage during the path, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Nirmanakaya as a result. By analogy, red light radiates from the Lama's throat, merging into one's own throat. The obscurations of speech, such as lying, are purified, and the secret empowerment is received. One has the power to meditate on the channels and winds, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Sambhogakaya. Blue light radiates from the heart center, merging into the heart. The obscurations of the mind, such as wrong views, are purified, and the wisdom empowerment is received. One also has the power to meditate on absorption, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Dharmakaya. From all three places, white, red, and blue light radiate, merging into the forehead, throat, and heart. The obscurations of the three doors, including the obscurations of knowledge, afflictions, and absorption, are purified equally, and the fourth empowerment is received. One has the power to meditate on the great seal of non-duality of awareness and emptiness, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Svabhavikakaya. Again, due to strong devotion, the Lama's face is pleased and smiling, and dissolves into a ball of light, merging from one's own crown into the heart. Visualize that the Lama's mind and one's own mind are inseparable, and without being interrupted by conceptual thoughts, the mind naturally rests in its unaltered state. When rising from meditation, whatever appears is a variety of expressions of the Lama's body, whatever sounds are heard are the self-sound of the empty Nada (Sanskrit: Nāda), and whatever thoughts and memories arise in the mind are visualized as the self-display of Vajra wisdom, and dedicate the merit. During breaks, also visualize: when walking, in the sky to the right, the Lama is seated on a lotus and moon cushion, and walk around him. When eating and drinking, also...
