famous. However, until stability is attained, protect the precepts like your own eyes. Apart from valuing and protecting the results of actions from the smallest details, cling to the dry view of emptiness, thinking that there is absolutely no benefit or harm to one's own nature. If you take practice as a mantra and engage in crude practices and mad actions, some may see someone who has not purified their karmic obscurations as an accomplished one, but this is a great source of destruction for both oneself and others, so be careful. In short, even if there is no longer the fortune to hear, contemplate, and practice the scriptures, take the words of the Kagyu masters as proof, and without being discouraged, try to follow the biographies of each of them as much as possible, so that the two benefits will naturally be accomplished without a doubt. Therefore, protect the root of the basic Pratimoksha vows and Samaya vows without wavering. Do not have a biased mind towards accumulating merit and purifying obscurations, and do your best. Focus on contentment with little desire and being content with a lower position. Take devotion and pure perception as the core of practice. Practice the union of emptiness and compassion without interruption until death. As a branch of this, always rely on caution and mindfulness. In this way, at some point, without the need for too much introduction to the view, meditation, conduct, and result, and explanations of the stages and paths, the Mahamudra of reality will appear from within. Cut off elaboration, cut off doubts, and reach the point where hope and fear disappear, then it becomes the attainment of the result, which is just a nominal statement. From Vajradhara to the root guru, the footsteps of the Kagyu precious chain of lineage holders, this profound Dharma has the warmth of blessings, and if you practice diligently, you will accomplish great benefit. Awaken from the heart the Mahamudra of the basis of reality, obtain the stability of the Mahamudra of the path of union, and manifest the self-face of the Mahamudra of the result, may you obtain the state of Vajradhara in this life. Not for the sake of virtue and fame, but written in accordance with the guru's instructions, whatever merit is obtained from it, may the teachings of the practice lineage spread in all directions, and may all those who are connected attain the original and permanent state. Thus, it is necessary to write a clear and concise compilation of the stages of contemplation and meaning of the four preliminary practices of Mahamudra, so with reverence at the feet of the venerable guru Karma Osel Gyurme, the Mahamudra of the Ninth Je

As a supporting record for Yeshe Donyoe Gyatso, although I have no realization, I cite the words of the previous masters as evidence. Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, who is without pretense and pretends to be a practitioner, wrote this at the age of thirty-one in Kunsang Dechen Ling, a solitary place of Palpung Monastery. May it benefit the teachings and sentient beings! Oṃ Svasti Siddhaṃ. Om, may there be well-being and perfection.) The ultimate Mahamudra of ground, path, and fruition, The heart essence of the Kagyu accomplished ones. A good speech that clearly dissects without error, The treasure of Jamgon Lodro Thaye's speech. The miracle of printing that transforms one into many, In the Fire Mouse year of the fifteenth Rabjung (1936). May this virtuous deed, built in Ogmin Tsurphu, Cause the practice lineage teachings to pervade the earth, And may all beings equal to space attain Mahamudra! This was also spoken together with the correction by Karma Dharmendra Smantabhadra, a reincarnation with the name of Je Won. May virtue and goodness increase! Although the resources and enjoyments are complete, they are not accumulated, Not attached to sensual pleasures, retinues, and sangha. The treasury of wisdom of the three trainings and the Tripitaka, Is placed in the heart of renunciation and emptiness. This was also written by Dzogchen Ponlop Karma Ngedon Sungrab Tenpai Gyaltsen, one evening in the cave of Khading. May virtue and goodness increase! Sarva Maṅgalaṃ. All auspiciousness.) A concise guide to the preliminary four yogas and the main practice of Mahamudra - The Lamp of Definitive Meaning.
