Coming out nakedly, without the need for wild thoughts, look at your own face, and merge the viewer and the viewed into one. There is no need to investigate the appearances of the six consciousnesses either. Until you recognize your own face, the act of modifying it is exhausted. Apart from abandoning ordinary consciousness, the clear mountain of analysis by the mind cannot be expressed anywhere in the three thousand worlds. In the end, it naturally abides, yet it is slightly different from the clear manifestation of awareness and emptiness. From the beginning, there was nothing that was not understood, but it is strange that it has not been understood until now. The previous pretense of looking at the mind seems to be meaningless thoughts. Certainty also arises towards the Dharma and the Guru. Joy arises in oneself. Due to many distractions, the appearances of the eight worldly dharmas etc. may also arise, but as soon as mindfulness arrives, there is no need for much adjustment, and it is enough to abide naturally. If this happens, it can be considered that you have slightly realized your own face. But it seems that just that is not enough to go anywhere. The duration of meditation is the same as death. For loss, food, clothing, and speech, establish respect as the foundation. If one can do without any attachment to the affairs of this life, one can gradually enter the Dharma. Je Götsangpa said: I treated the Guru with strong devotion, and I was diligent like my head was on fire, so I clearly saw the nature of my mind in twenty days. The blurring of the eyes due to circumstances during the day happened in three months. The cycle of day and night happened after two years, so it is said that as long as there is devotion and diligence, it is not that there is nothing to understand and see. In short, the all-knowing Rangjung Dorje said this in one heartfelt word: I prostrate to the noble Gurus! The intention of the Buddhas of the three times is pursued for the sake of the noble ones. The great sound of the Dharmakaya Mahamudra, that great echo refers to one's own mind. If you do not recognize the nature of your own mind, then it refers to my mind, my mind, this awareness that is constantly remembered. All dharmas of samsara and nirvana do not go beyond this awareness. The essence of the Tripitaka Sutra and Tantra is also this. If you practice this, there is nothing to meditate on. Let awareness rest naturally. Do not doubt whether it is the Mahamudra or not.

Do not hope for good, and do not fear bad. Do not follow after many meaningless thoughts. Place this clear awareness upon yourself. Relax, let go. Nothing more than meditation is needed. By meditating in this way again and again, at some point, recognizing the nature of thoughts themselves, instantly realizing their rootlessness and baselessness, all attachments naturally dissolve, and in a single moment, uprooting all habitual tendencies, that is what is called becoming a Buddha. A single moment distinguishes. The heart-essence word of the Great Seal. The ultimate secret instruction of the noble gurus and accomplished ones. What else is there besides that? Please do not show it to those who are not vessels.

These eight worldly dharmas, please do not let them become the object of my mind, please suppress them! As it is said, these eight worldly dharmas, not to mention others, even those who consider themselves qualified practitioners, seem to be unknowingly contaminated by them, so it is necessary to suppress them. Flattery, hypocrisy, measuring by gain, seeking gain by acquisition, these five wrong livelihoods must be completely abandoned. It would be good if we ourselves could produce someone with virtues and high realization, but that is difficult. It would be wonderful if one could be unashamed of oneself, not deceive others, and be consistent in word and deed. It is said that there are many mistakes, and if one can be freed from the additions and subtractions to reality, then whether it is a mistake or not can be naturally distinguished, and there is no need to say more. Now, is it possible to enjoy the nectar of transformation well, it is hard to be certain. For those who only slightly recognize the nature of thoughts and consider themselves to have mind, it seems that there is no need to worry about the mistakes mentioned in the scriptures. If there is no attachment to all practices, there will be no mistakes. Moreover, unless the attachment is very strong, it is inevitable to make slight mistakes, because the root lies in weak attachment. The biggest mistakes are: being too close to the guru, having insufficient pure perception of fellow practitioners, slandering other schools, being arrogant, being hypocritical in keeping vows, indulging in the five poisons, not paying attention to karma, boasting, and flaunting one's experiences everywhere, using the lies of worldly gurus as the core of practice. Although these are mistakes, they themselves are blessed by demons, and the disciples are inferior beings of the degenerate age, who do not understand the key points of the Dharma, but blindly follow false propaganda, so even if Shakyamuni Buddha prevents the path of mistakes, it is useless. In short, the result of practicing Dharma should be taming one's own mind, but fighting for the Dharma, arguing in the name of upholding the Dharma, turning things that should be for the benefit of others into usury, etc., these things that the Dharma does not allow, have become the main behavior of all practitioners. The incomparable Dagpo said: The beginner is not the time to fight with afflictions, but the time to escape. We do not seem to have reached the point where we can transform afflictions into the path, so we indulge in wine and women, anger, jealousy, arrogance
