The stages are explained. Here, there are two types: one in accordance with Yoga, meditating on the form of a single hero, a Chakravartin; and one in accordance with Anuttara, practicing coemergent union. Here, the Yoga method is practiced through meditation. That is, on the crown of one's ordinary self, from པཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, pam, lotus) arises a lotus, and from ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, a, moon) arises a moon cushion. On top of that, from ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable) arises a white five-pronged vajra, marked in the center with ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable), from which light radiates.

I clearly visualize. If one becomes distracted outwards, even reciting for eons will not produce results. As it is said, without being distracted for even a moment, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the Six Syllable Mantra clearly and purely at a moderate pace. Finally, join palms and recite prayers and confessions such as "Protector, I." The Vajrasattva Guru is pleased and smiles, saying: Noble son, all your sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls are purified from this day forth. Having said this, he breathes out and dissolves into light, merging into oneself. Contemplate that the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva and one's own body, speech, and mind are indivisible, and rest in non-objectification. If concluding the session, dedicate the merit. The signs of purification of sins are clear in the scriptures. In particular, the signs are that the body is relaxed, sleep is reduced, the elements are comfortable, awareness is clear, and experiences and realizations arise. The meaning of this is that, in general, one must abandon sins and cultivate virtues. Knowing how to abandon and cultivate as it is, and instructing others, is the single path of the perfectly enlightened Buddha. Believing in his words and putting them into practice is what makes the heart meaningful. Whether the action is virtuous or sinful, it is small at the time of the cause, but great at the time of the result. The result of sinful actions is the lower realms, and the result of virtuous actions is the higher realms. One's own actions will not be wasted, and one will not encounter actions that have not been done. Moreover, the actions that are instigated by the three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance, and that actually manifest in body and speech, are the actions of the mind. The actual transformations that manifest are the actions of body and speech, so the mind must go before all actions. As it is said: For the sake of going to the dark world, the mind is the root of poison. As it is said. There are also the five inexpiable sins, the five near inexpiable sins, the ten non-virtuous actions, the four heavy and eight fallen actions, and the transgressions and downfalls that violate the three vows, including those committed by oneself, those caused to be done by others, and those praised and rejoiced in. In short, we unknowingly carry the burden of sins accumulated from beginningless lifetimes, like mountains. Now, most of our thoughts and actions of body, speech, and mind are under the control of the three poisons, and we are constantly accumulating sins and obscurations.

That's all. Due to its faults, in this life, it is also ridiculed and condemned by all gods and humans. Many misfortunes occur. The gods and protectors become negligent, and demons and obstacles seek opportunities. Falling into the ranks of evil people. Those associated with (this person) are also shrouded in the shadow of sin, so it is inauspicious. Dreams are also filled with various nightmares. One's own mind is also uneasy. Bad deaths and severe fatal illnesses occur. At the time of death, one experiences the pain of being cut off from life, fear, and suffering. In the bardo, there are also great illusions. After death, in accordance with the three types of sins, great, medium, and small, one experiences the intense and prolonged suffering of the three lower realms. Even if one is reborn in the heavens, one will be short-lived, sickly, and unjustly suffer from hatred and disputes. The country will experience crop failures and plagues. With similar causes as results, one delights in sin, and suffering increases continuously. If one must do something that is necessary and truly beneficial to oneself, then committing sin is permissible. But that is not the case, whether it is to conquer enemies and protect relatives, or for wealth, enjoyment, fame, or for food and clothing, etc. No matter how complete those things are, they are of no use at the time of one's death, not even as small as a sesame seed. Not to mention fame, enjoyment, children, etc. One cannot take even a mouthful of food or a piece of clothing, and when wandering alone in the lower realms, the suffering of the consequences of one's sins cannot be shared with others, but must be endured alone. Enemies easily become friends, and friends become enemies, so those who dare to commit sins are possessed by demons. Bewildered by evil spirits. It is truly the height of foolishness and ignorance, and previously not even a single fault was remembered, and no one said, "Don't listen, don't do it." Now that it is uncertain when one's body and life will end, will there be time to purify sins? If one dies without even a little time to purify, what kind of hellish suffering will I experience?" etc., one rebukes oneself. One cannot sit still. One must contemplate disturbing things. Moreover, if one conceals and hides sins, they will increase more and more, because the seeds of sin and the fertilizer of deceit are complete. If one does not conceal them, recognizes them as faults, and confesses and proclaims them to others, they will not increase, but will become weaker, which is called concluding with truth. On top of that, with intense repentance...
