Because he is devoted to the cycle of recitation and practice, The number of recitations exceeded one hundred million, and the deity, Showed his face, gave prophecies, and pure visions were boundless. From the precious and soft remains, A rain of relics fell upon the faithful. He was invited to reside in the great stupa of offerings to gods and humans. May I and all beings be taken care of by the Lama in all lives, When I attain enlightenment as a lion's roar in the future, May I be among the first retinue and receive prophecies and encouragement. With the wondrous union of emptiness and compassion, Victorious in the battle against the four maras, The powerful lord who tames beings as needed, the protector of beings, I prostrate and praise at the feet of Rigpe Dorje. However, with the powerful force of devotion and longing, when praising and praying with just a small part, with the pure and single-pointed strength of mind, and through the compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may the Guru's heart and my own mind become inseparable, and may a joyous feast of good fortune blossom in this world. This was offered before the all-seeing Gyaltsab Rinpoche, along with the auspicious Lhare Nyinmo and the unparalleled first precious mandala, and as instructed that this supplementary prayer for the great Dharma practice was needed, I earnestly pray to my Guru, the unequaled in kindness, the all-pervading Karmapa Rigpe Dorje. This is the sound that dispels the longing in the hearts of the fortunate, in the form of verses, a complete number composed by the one who sees the form of the Lion of Men, the Liberator. At the top of the Karma Kagyu's seat, the Pal Shedrup Chokhor Ling monastery in Sikkim, written by the disciple of the venerable one, Tai Situ Rinpoche, may this become the cause for the blessings of the Guru to enter the minds of myself and future disciples. ༈ །།Praying in brief to the successive Gyalwa Karmapas: The sixth Buddha of the future will be named Lion, now he protects all realms with many emanations, the Lord of the practice lineage teachings, I pray to the feet of the all-knowing one of the three times. The chosen deity is mastered, existence is gathered into power, subduing the arrogance of the Mongolian heretic king, destroying the power of fire, water, poison, weapons, and elementals, I pray to the feet of Karma Pakshi. Explaining many sutras, tantras, and treatises, with miraculous powers, showing the essential meaning to various beings, greatly spreading the teachings of the great accomplished ones, I pray to the feet of Rangjung Dorje. Taming many beings with various languages, with boundless wisdom, dispelling all wrong views, with truthful speech, showing the reality of the true state, I pray to the feet of Rolpe Dorje. Benefiting beings by seeing the marks and signs, the Guru of beings in the three realms, the Thus-Gone-One, fulfilling the needs of the fortunate with supreme accomplishments, I pray to the feet of the Thus-Gone-One. The instructions of the great accomplished ones, chosen deities, and dakinis, possessing various displays of asceticism and miracles, with power and strength, subduing the pride of gods and humans.
