衰败的时期，对于诸欲的怖畏相续，以及非富裕所致，我所造作的罪业；以及狡诈之心的支配，以及贪欲和嗔恚的支配，以及饥渴所逼迫，我所造作的罪业；以及为了饮食，以及妇女、幻术和衣物，各种烦恼的煎熬，我所造作的罪业；身语意之罪，恶行三种积聚后，如此之类所造作的，彼等一切我皆忏悔。诸佛和诸法，以及声闻众，凡未恭敬所造作的，彼等一切我皆忏悔。凡是缘觉众，以及菩萨众，未恭敬所造作的，彼等一切我皆忏悔。对于宣说正法者，未恭敬所造作的，以及对于法也未恭敬，彼等一切我皆忏悔。我恒常无知，舍弃殊胜之法，以及对父母不恭敬，彼等一切我皆忏悔。愚笨者和孩童，以及贪嗔痴，我慢傲慢所蒙蔽所造作的，彼等一切我皆忏悔。我于十方世界中，对十力者作供养，我将十方众生，从一切痛苦中解脱。将不可思议的众生，安置于十地，从十地而安住，愿一切皆成如来。乃至痛苦之海，彼等一切逐渐消逝时，为了每一个众生，我也将修行百千劫。名为《金光明》殊胜者，一切业障皆清净，甚深者此为宣说，为彼等众生宣说。何者于千劫中，造作极难忍受之罪，一次彻底忏悔后，彼等一切皆得清净。何者业之障碍，迅速完全灭尽，以《金光明》殊胜之善，忏悔此等忏悔后，以智慧之心，祈请诸佛垂视于我，以慈悲之心。

In times of decline, due to the continuous fear of desires, and due to not being wealthy, whatever sins I have committed; and due to the control of a deceitful mind, and due to the control of desire and anger, and due to being threatened by hunger and thirst, whatever sins I have committed; and for the sake of food and drink, and women, illusions, and clothing, various afflictions of torment, whatever sins I have committed; sins of body, speech, and mind, after accumulating three kinds of misdeeds, whatever has been done in this way, all of those I confess. To the Buddhas and the Dharmas, and also to the Shravakas, whatever has been done without respect, all of those I confess. Whatever Pratyekabuddhas, and also Bodhisattvas, have been done without respect, all of those I confess. To those who speak the sacred Dharma, whatever has been done without respect, and also not respecting the Dharma, all of those I confess. Because I am always ignorant, abandoning the sacred Dharma, and disrespecting my parents, all of those I confess. Foolish ones and children, and greed, hatred, and delusion, obscured by pride and arrogance, whatever has been done, all of those I confess. I make offerings to the ten powers in the ten directions of the world, I will liberate the sentient beings of the ten directions from all suffering. May all the inconceivable sentient beings be placed on the ten bhumis, and having dwelt on the ten bhumis, may all become Tathagatas. Until the ocean of suffering, when all of them gradually disappear, for each sentient being, I will also practice for hundreds of thousands of kalpas. That which is called the noble "Golden Light Sutra", which purifies all karmas, this profound teaching, I will teach to those sentient beings. Whoever in thousands of kalpas, has committed extremely unbearable sins, after confessing thoroughly once, all of those will become purified. Whoever's karmic obscurations, quickly and completely disappear, with the virtue of the noble "Golden Light Sutra", after confessing these confessions, with the mind of wisdom, I request the Buddhas to look upon me, with a compassionate heart.

Please forgive my faults. For all the sins I have committed in hundreds of kalpas, I feel sorrow for this, tormented by poverty, sorrow, and fear, fearing sinful deeds, my mind is always humble. Whatever I do, I find no joy in anything. All Buddhas are full of compassion, able to dispel the fears of all beings, I pray for forgiveness of my faults, please deliver me from these fears. May the Tathagatas remove the stains of my own afflictions and karmas. I pray that the Buddhas wash me with the water of compassion. I confess all sins, all that I have done in the past, and whatever sins I have now, I confess them all. All the wrong actions, I vow not to do again in the future. Whatever mistakes I have made, I will not conceal those sins. The three actions of body, the four ways of speech, and the three ways of mind, I confess them all. What is done by the body, what is said by the speech, what is thought by the mind, the ten actions that have been done, I confess them all. Whatever sinful deeds I have done, causing the attainment of unwanted results, in the presence of the Buddhas, I confess them all. In short, from that sutra: Wandering in samsara is full of suffering, with a child-like mind, all the extremely bad sins that have been committed, in the presence of the one with ten powers, I confess all these sins one by one. Birth is full of suffering, existence is full of suffering, the world is full of suffering, the deceitful mind is full of suffering, the actions of the body are full of various sufferings, all the sins I have accumulated, I confess.
