དེ་བཞིན་གང་མ་བྱོན། ཡོན་ཏན་བསྔགས་པ་མཐའ་ཡས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདྲ་ཀུན་ལ། །ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བར་བགྱིས་ཏེ་སྐྱབས་སུ་ཉེ་བར་མཆིའོ། ཞེས་དང་། ལུས་ཀྱི་ལས་ནི་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ། །ངག་གི་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་དག་དང་། །གང་ཡང་ཡིད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གསུམ་པོ། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་པོ་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། མི་དགེ་བཅུ་དང་མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ། །སེམས་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་དབང་གྱུར་པའི། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་སྡིག་པའི་ལས། །ཉེས་པར་གྱུར་གང་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །སླན་ཅད་ནམ་ཡང་བགྱིད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པའང་གཏན་དུ་ཟད་བྱེད་ཤོག །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་དབང་གིས་ནི། །ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་དེ་ བཞིན་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་། །སྡིག་པ་བདག་གིས་བགྱིས་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་པོ་དག་གི་སྡིག་པ་རྣམས། །གང་གིས་མི་ཤེས་དབང་གིས་བྱས་པ་དག །དེ་ཡིས་ལྟུང་བ་བཤགས་པ་འདི་བཏོན་པས། །དེ་དག་མ་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བྱང་བར་གྱུར། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །གཞན་ཡང་གསེར་འོད་དམ་པའི་མདོ་ལས་གསུངས་པའི་བཤགས་པ་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་རྐང་གཉིས་དམ་པ་དག །ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ལྡན་པའི་ཐུགས། །གང་དག་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན། །བཞུགས་པ་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་གིས་སྔོན་ཆད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་གང་བགྱིས་པ། །སྟོབས་བཅུའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མཆིས་ནས་ནི། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །ཕ་མ་དག་ཏུ་མི་འཛིན་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་སུ་མི་འཛིན་དང་། །དགེ་བ་དག་ཏུ་མི་འཛིན་པས། །སྡིག་པ་བདག་གིས་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །ཕྱུག་པའི་རྒྱགས་པས་ དྲེགས་པ་དང་། །རིགས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྒྱགས་པ་དང་། །གཞོན་པའི་རྒྱགས་པས་དྲེགས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །ཉེས་པའི་དམིགས་སུ་མ་མཐོང་བས། །ཉེས་པར་བགྱིས་པའི་ལས་དང་ནི། །ཉེས་པར་བསམ་ཤིང་ཉེས་སྨྲ་བའི། །སྡིག་ལས་བདག་གིས་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །བྱིས་པའི་བློ་ཡིས་འཇུག་པ་དང་། །མི་ཤེས་མུན་པའི་སེམས་དང་ནི། །སྡིག་པའི་གྲོགས་པོའི་དབང་གྱུར་དང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་རྣམ་པར་འཁྲུགས་སེམས་དང་། །རྩེད་མོར་དགའ་བའི་དབང་ཉིད་དང་། །མྱ་ངན་དང་ནི་ནད་དབང་དང་། །ནོར་གྱིས་མ་ཆོག་ཉེས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །འཕགས་མིན་སྐྱེ་བོ་འདྲེ་བ་དང་། །ཕྲག་དོག་སེར་སྣ་སྒྱུ་དང་ནི། །གཡོ་དང་དབུལ་བའི་ཉེས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །ཕོངས་དང་རྒུད

如是未曾来，功德赞叹无边如海众，合掌恭敬而皈依。如是说。身体之业有三种，语言之业有四种，以及意之三种，分别忏悔十不善业。从无始以来直至现在，十不善业和五无间罪，心被烦恼所控制，所有罪业皆忏悔。我与一切众生之罪业，所有过失皆发露忏悔，今后永不复造，愿业障永远消除。由贪嗔痴之势力，身语以及意，我所造作之罪业，所有这些我皆一一忏悔。五无间罪之罪业，因无知所造作，以此忏悔之发露，愿彼等全部得以清净。如是说。此外，从《金光明经》中所说的忏悔是：佛陀双足尊，具足慈悲之意，所有十方世界中，安住者请垂念我。我昔日所造之罪业，极其不善所造作，于十力者之前，所有这些皆忏悔。不视为父母，不视为诸佛，不视为善事，我所造作之罪业。因富有的傲慢，因种姓和享受的傲慢，因年轻的傲慢，我所造作之罪业。未见为过患，所造作的罪业，以及恶思恶语，我所造作之罪业。以孩童之心投入，以及无知黑暗之心，以及被罪恶之友所控制，以及烦恼扰乱之心，以及喜欢嬉戏之势力，以及悲伤和疾病之势力，以及不知足的过患，我所造作之罪业。与非圣者交往，以及嫉妒吝啬欺骗，以及狡猾和贫穷的过患，我所造作之罪业。贫困和衰败

Likewise, those who have not come, to all the qualities, praises, boundless ocean-like, I prostrate with folded hands and take refuge. Thus it is said. The actions of the body are of three kinds, the actions of speech are of four kinds, and also the three of the mind. I confess each of the ten non-virtuous actions. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, the mind being controlled by afflictions, I confess all sins. The sinful actions of myself and all sentient beings, I confess and acknowledge all faults. May I never do them again in the future. May the obscurations of karma be completely exhausted. By the power of desire, hatred, and ignorance, by body, speech, and also by mind, whatever sins I have committed, all of these I confess individually. The sins of the five heinous crimes, those done out of ignorance, by uttering this confession of transgressions, may they all be completely purified. Thus it should be said. Furthermore, the confession spoken in the Sutra of Golden Light is: The Buddhas, the noble ones with two feet, with hearts of love and compassion, those who dwell in the ten directions of the world, please consider me. The sinful actions I have done in the past, the extremely unpleasant things I have done, before the one with the ten powers, all of these I confess. Not regarding as parents, not regarding as Buddhas, not regarding as virtuous deeds, whatever sins I have committed. With the arrogance of wealth, with the arrogance of lineage and possessions, with the arrogance of youth, whatever sins I have committed. Not seeing as faults, the actions done as faults, and thinking wrongly and speaking wrongly, whatever sins I have committed. Entering with the mind of a child, and with the mind of unknowing darkness, and being controlled by sinful friends, and with a mind disturbed by afflictions, and by the power of delighting in play, and by the power of sorrow and illness, and by the fault of not being content with wealth, whatever sins I have committed. Associating with non-noble beings, and with jealousy, miserliness, deceit, and with the faults of cunning and poverty, whatever sins I have committed. Poverty and decline
