ག་རྟེན་འདི་ན་མཆོག་ཅེས་གསུངས། །དེ་ཚེ་མཁས་པ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གང་ཚེ་ཁྱོད་བལྟམས་དོག་ས་རབ་གཡོས་དང་། །ཛམྦུའི་གྲིབ་མས་ཁྱོད་སྐུ་མ་བཏང་དང་། །འདི་དང་ལན་གསུམ་ཀུན་གཟིགས་མཁྱེན་ལྡན་པ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཐུན་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་དགེ་ཚོགས་རྨད་བྱུང་ཞིང་། །སྤྱད་པ་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་ཚེ་ནའང་མཆེད་གྱུར་ཅིང་། །བསྐལ་བཟང་གཅིག་ལ་མཛད་པ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པའི། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམ་གཟིགས་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྱོབ། །འཁོར་བ་འཇིག་དང་གསེར་ཐུབ་འོད་སྲུངས་དང་། །ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་གཽ་ཏམ་ལྷ་ཡི་ལྷ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དཔའ་བོ་བདུན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཀུན་ལ་སྙོམས་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། །མཚན་ཙམ་ཐོས་པས་ངན་འགྲོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སེལ། །དུག་གསུམ་ནད་སེལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ། །བཻ་ཌཱུརྱ་ཡི་འོད་ལ་ཕྱག་ འཚལ་ལོ། །འགྲོ་བ་ཉོན་མོངས་དུག་གིས་གཟིར་བ་ལ། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་དུག་སེལ་སྨན་མཆོག་བདུད་རྩི་ཡིས། །སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་གྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་བདུན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདྲེན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་མ་ལུས་འཇོམས་པའི་དཔལ། །མགོན་མེད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་སྐུ་ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུ་དབྱེར་མེད་ཀྱང་། །གཟུགས་སྐུ་འཇའ་ཚོན་བཞིན་དུ་སོ་སོར་གསལ། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་མཆོག་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པའི། །རིགས་ལྔ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྨྲ་བསམ་བརྗོད་མེད་ཤེས་རབ་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན། །མ་སྐྱེས་མི་འགག་ནམ་མཁའི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད། །སོ་སོ་རང་རིག་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་བ། །དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཡུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མ་རིག་མུན་སེལ་སྒྲོན་མེའི་མཆོག །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནད་སེལ་ སྨན་གྱི་ཕུལ། །དམ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །བྱམས་ཆེན་མེ་ཡིས་ཞེ་སྡང་བུད་ཤིང་བསྲེགས། །ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ཀྱིས་མ་རིག་མུན་པ་སེལ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་གྱུར་པའི། །དགའ་ལྡན་བཞུགས་པ་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཇམ་དབྱངས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ས་ཡི་སྙིང་པོ་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམ་པར་སེལ། །ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་པོ་བྱམས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་། །ཉེ་བའི་སྲས་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་བླ་མ་འོད་ཀྱི་ཏོག །དེ་བཞིན་སྨོན་ལམ་བློ་གྲོས་དང་། །དབང་པོ་ཞི་དང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་ལ། །བདག་ནི་གུས་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ལྷ་དང

说此处是殊胜处，那时向您，智者，敬礼！当您降生时，大地剧烈摇动，瞻部树的影子没有离开您的身体，如是三次，全视具知者，向佛陀您的足下敬礼！殊胜的共同发愿善妙积聚，行持受用乃至寿命也增长，贤劫之中事业究竟圆满的，圆满正觉千佛敬礼！ 佛陀毗婆尸，顶髻一切救护者，拘留孙佛和金色能仁、迦叶佛、释迦牟尼佛，乔达摩天中之天，向七位佛陀勇士敬礼！ 以慈悲平等对待一切的薄伽梵，仅听闻名号也能消除恶趣的痛苦，消除三毒之病的药师佛，向毗琉璃之光敬礼！ 众生被烦恼毒所折磨，以慈悲消除毒害的殊胜甘露药，大愿成就者，向七位善逝敬礼！ 引领世间的主尊无量寿，摧灭一切非时死亡的威德，无依无怙痛苦者的救护，向无量寿佛敬礼！ 法身如虚空般无别，色身如彩虹般各自分明，获得方便与智慧之顶峰的，向五部善逝敬礼！ 不可言说、不可思议、不可表达的般若波罗蜜多，不生不灭，虚空之自性，各自自证智慧之行境，向三世诸佛之母敬礼！ 遣除无明黑暗的明灯之顶，遣除痛苦疾病的妙药之首，于一切殊胜正法三宝，敬礼供养并皈依！ 以大悲之火焚烧嗔恨之薪柴，以智慧之光遣除无明黑暗，成为佛法之代理、众生之怙主的，向安住于兜率天者敬礼！ 文殊、金刚手、观世音，地藏菩萨、消除一切业障，虚空藏、弥勒、普贤，向八大近子敬礼！ 智慧上师光之顶，如是发愿妙慧者，自在寂静与文殊，我以恭敬而敬礼！ 诸神

Saying this is the supreme refuge, then to you, the wise one, I prostrate! When you were born, the earth shook greatly, and the shadow of the Jambudvipa tree did not leave your body, like this three times, the all-seeing, all-knowing one, I prostrate to the feet of you, Buddha! Auspicious common aspirations, marvelous accumulations of virtue, practice and enjoyment, even life itself, increase, in one fortunate eon, the deeds are perfectly accomplished, to the thousand perfect Buddhas, I prostrate! Buddha Vipashyin, the crown that protects all, Krakucchanda Buddha and Golden Sage, Kashyapa Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, Gautama, god of gods, to the seven heroic Buddhas, I prostrate! Bhagavan, whose compassion is equal to all, merely hearing the name eliminates the suffering of the lower realms, the Medicine Buddha who cures the disease of the three poisons, to the light of lapis lazuli, I prostrate! To beings tormented by the poison of afflictions, with compassion, the supreme nectar medicine that dispels poison, may the great aspiration be accomplished, to the seven Sugatas, I prostrate! The chief guide of the world, Amitayus, the glory that destroys all untimely death, the protector of those who are helpless and suffering, to the Buddha Amitayus, I prostrate! The Dharmakaya is inseparable like the sky, the Rupakaya is distinct like a rainbow, possessing the supreme method and wisdom, to the five Sugata families, I prostrate! Inexpressible, inconceivable, and unutterable Prajnaparamita, unborn and unceasing, the nature of space itself, the object of individual self-awareness wisdom, to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times, I prostrate! The supreme lamp that dispels the darkness of ignorance, the best medicine that cures the disease of suffering, to all the precious Dharma and Sangha, I prostrate, offer, and take refuge! The great fire of love burns the firewood of hatred, the light of wisdom dispels the darkness of ignorance, becoming the representative of the Dharma, the protector of beings, to the one who dwells in Tushita, I prostrate! Manjushri, Vajrapani, Avalokiteshvara, Kshitigarbha, who eliminates all obscurations, Akashagarbha, Maitreya, Samantabhadra, to the eight great close sons, I prostrate! Wisdom Lama, the crest of light, likewise Aspiration, Intelligence, Power, Peace, and Manjushri, I prostrate with reverence! Gods
