如何安住道中一同生起，祈请米拉尊者。 依止粗显细微甚深之脉，愿细微体验加持于我。 秘密坛城种姓之主，祈请米拉尊者。 无漏明妃释放种子，以慈悲于有主道中摄取。 化现为威猛之身，祈请米拉尊者。 我亦不舍轮回，亦不入于寂灭涅槃。 愿空行自在米拉之，殊胜成就得以成办。 于殊胜刹土吉祥密集严饰刹土中，无等不动显现法身。 寂静身如意树般恒常度化众生，祈请至尊冈波巴。 所知不显现，了知不趣入，一刹那间，了知与所知一切。 如三时所知般了知者，祈请至尊冈波巴。 令四身之种子清晰成熟后，以三印净化脉气心三者。 次第依止生起次第与圆满次第之菩提，祈请至尊冈波巴。 于圣众前，圆满报身，于三族调伏者，殊胜之化身。 广为人知月光童子十地之主，祈请至尊冈波巴。 我亦如所化众生之界与根器般，无分别智慧事业行持，事业乃至有边际间安住。 愿如至尊冈波巴般成就。 至尊冈波巴尊者三位，由至尊一切智金刚喜悦妙音所赞颂。 冈波巴尊者传记祈请文： 于所知虚空中，智慧坛城广大，事业之光芒照耀于所化之洲。 令诸佛之教法一切显明之，祈请噶举派珍宝。 舍弃八无暇，获得闲暇圆满，获得成就之殊胜，一切善行之主。 能仁之补处，雪域之顶严，祈请无等冈波巴。 具相上师珍宝众生之怙主，为调伏众生故前往寂静山。 以教证之法行持他利，祈请教法之胜幢于汝。 于土羊年降生

Born together from the path of how to abide, I pray to the supreme Mila. Relying on the profound coarse appearance and subtle lines, may the subtle experience be blessed upon me. The lord of the secret mandala lineage, I pray to the supreme Mila. The immaculate consort releases the seed, and compassionately takes it into the path of the lord of existence. Manifesting as a powerful form, I pray to the supreme Mila. May I also not abandon samsara, nor enter into peaceful nirvana. May the supreme accomplishment of Mila, the lord of the sky-goers, be accomplished. In the supreme pure land, the glorious dense array, the unequaled and immovable Dharmakaya is manifested. The peaceful body, like a wish-fulfilling tree, constantly liberates beings, I pray to the venerable Gampopa. Knowable things do not appear, knowledge does not enter, in a single instant, all knowledge and knowable things. The one who knows the three times as they are, I pray to the venerable Gampopa. After clearly ripening the seeds of the four bodies, purify the three channels, winds, and minds with the three seals. Relying on the stages of generation and completion bodhi in sequence, I pray to the venerable Gampopa. To the noble ones, the perfect enjoyment body, to the three families of beings to be tamed, the supreme emanation body. The well-known Moonlight Youth, the lord of the ten bhumis, I pray to the venerable Gampopa. May I also, like the realms and faculties of beings to be tamed, engage in the activity of non-conceptual wisdom, and may the activity abide until the end of existence. May I accomplish like the venerable Gampopa. The three venerable superiors, praised by the venerable omniscient Vajra Joyful Melody. The supplication of the biography of Gampopa: In the sky of knowable things, the mandala of wisdom expands, the rays of activity strike the continent of beings to be tamed. Making all the teachings of the Buddhas clear, I pay homage to the precious Kagyu lineage. Having abandoned the eight unfavorable conditions and obtained leisure and endowment, having attained the supreme of accomplishments, the lord of all virtuous practices. The successor of the Able One, the crown ornament of the snowy land, I pay homage to the unequaled Gampopa. The qualified lama, the precious protector of beings, went to Mount Shanti for the sake of taming beings. Performing the benefit of others with the Dharma of scripture and realization, I pay homage to you, the victory banner of the teachings. Born in the Earth Sheep year
