In the future, Not taking it as true, obscured by thick ignorance. Regarding the meaning of the infallible law of karma, Not knowing what to accept and reject, sins increase. Accumulating evil deeds with no time for liberation. All the boasting of well-practiced conduct of the three doors, Like an arrow in the dark, who does it hit, friend or foe? Because of not discerning, it may become a fault, Therefore, I confess before the noble ones with unbearable love. I, with the nature of a child, unknowing, To the supreme field of merit, the protectors, the deeds of sin, All the accumulated results, In this very life, may they grow, intensify, and fully ripen, Bless me to quickly bring forth the fruit. Especially for all beings as vast as the sky, Whatever faults have been accumulated through the door of speech, May all the results ripen upon me. The unbearable deeds of sin committed by my speech, Having experienced unbearable results, generating aversion, Like the unbearable suffering of the speech of mother sentient beings, Holding my own speech a hundred times more dear, All the worries of all genuine sentient beings, From the time they arise well in my continuum, By the power of truth of my good altruistic mind, May my speech, for sentient beings pervading the sky, Unobstructed, turn the wheel of Dharma, eliminating all obscurations, Grant me the grace to be able to turn it and gain power. May my speech have the power of speech. May my speech fulfill the hopes of the fortunate. By all means, may it be accomplished by the power of the compassion of the noble ones. The Vajra speech of the glorious and holy Lama, Possessing the pure sound of the eight stainless abodes, Because it appears clearly in the minds of those to be tamed, May we experience the supreme taste of ripening and liberation. Thus, this praise with lamentation to the noble Avalokiteshvara was composed by Gyalwang Mikyo Dorje (1507-1554). Thereafter, The praise to the twenty-one Taras: From the supreme place of Potala, Born from the green Tāṃ (藏文:ཏཱཾ,梵文天城体:ता,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:当) syllable, The light of the Tāṃ (藏文:ཏཱཾ,梵文天城体:ता,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:当) syllable liberates beings, I request Tara and her retinue to come. By the crowns of gods and demigods, Having bowed to the lotus feet, The mother who liberates from all poverty, I prostrate to the Tara's mandala. Noble Jetsun Arya Tara, And all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Who reside in the ten directions and three times, From all places, I prostrate with reverence. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, Food, music, and so on, Actual offerings and mental

Offering through emanation, I request the assembly of noble ones to accept. From beginningless time until now, The ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, All sins caused by the mind being under the control of afflictions, I confess. Arhats, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhicitta, And ordinary beings, etc., Whatever merit has been accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in that merit. According to the thoughts of sentient beings, And the differences in their intelligence, Of the great and small common vehicles, I pray that the wheel of Dharma be turned. Until samsara is not empty, Without passing into nirvana, with compassion, To the sentient beings drowning in the ocean of suffering, I pray that you look upon them. Whatever merit I have accumulated, May it all become a cause for enlightenment, May I quickly become, A glorious guide for beings. Oṃ, I prostrate to the venerable noble Tara. I prostrate to Tara, swift and courageous, Whose eyes are like a flash of lightning. From the lotus face of the three-world protector, Arise hundreds of thousands of pistils. I prostrate to Tara, whose face is like the autumn moon, A face like a hundred thousand full moons stacked together. The assembly of a thousand stars, Radiates a blazing light. I prostrate to Tara, golden-blue, born from water, Whose hand is adorned with a lotus. Generosity, diligence, asceticism, peace, Patience, meditation, are your very nature. I prostrate to Tara, the crown of the Tathagatas, Whose conduct is infinitely victorious. Having attained all perfections, You are greatly relied upon by the sons of the Buddhas. I prostrate to Tara, with the syllables tuttāra hūṃ (Tibetan: ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तुत्तार हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: tuttāra huṃ, Literal meaning: Tara Hum), Filling desire, directions, and space. You tread upon the seven worlds with your feet, And have the power to summon all without exception. I prostrate to Tara, worshipped by Indra, the fire god, and Brahma, The wind god, and various powerful ones. Spirits, corpses, গন্ধর্ব (Gandharvas), And the hosts of yakshas praise you from the front. I prostrate to Tara, with the words trad (Tibetan: ཏྲད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रद्, Sanskrit Romanization: trad, Literal meaning: destroy) and phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal meaning: cut), Who utterly destroys the magic wheels of others. With right leg bent and left leg extended, Treading upon the earth, blazing fiercely with fire. I prostrate to Tara, with the great terror of ture (Tibetan: ཏུ་རེའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तुरे, Sanskrit Romanization: ture, Literal meaning: swift), Who utterly destroys the heroes of the demons. Your lotus face is adorned with a wrathful frown, And you slay all enemies without exception. I prostrate to Tara, whose fingers are adorned, With the mudra representing the Three Jewels at your heart. Without exception
