Secondly, according to the noble ones, the first fifteen aggregates, gathered simultaneously in the supreme dharma, wage war on what is to be abandoned by seeing. In the aggregates of the grounds, the first complete training is gathered in the first post-attainment, training the coarse afflictions to be abandoned by seeing. The aggregates of the remaining grounds, gathered in the post-attainment of that ground, train the coarse afflictions previously abandoned by the uninterrupted path. There are two kinds of antidotal aggregates: first, the uninterrupted path of seeing; second, the uninterrupted path of meditation, in which they gather, making what is to be abandoned into a dharma that will not arise again. According to the teachers, the first fifteen aggregates, gathered simultaneously in the supreme dharma of the path of joining, are the gathering of the power of the cause of great enlightenment, which directly sees the nature of self-nature purity, while for the aggregates of the grounds and the aggregates of antidotes, the former is the great enlightenment that directly sees the dharmadhatu, free from partial adventitious stains, and the latter is the gathering of the power of the cause of great enlightenment, free from all adventitious stains. Secondly, the aggregates of wisdom are explained separately, the aggregates of the grounds are explained separately, and the aggregates of antidotes are explained separately. First, in the "Great Commentary" it says, "These three emptinesses are on the ground of practice by aspiration." This says that the first three of the twenty wisdoms are the three paths of accumulation, joining, and seeing. "This is the path of joining." This says that the fourth is the path of joining. "This is because of the meaning of pervasive action, so it is on the first ground." This says that from the first to the seventh ground there is one each, and the three pure grounds have two each. It also says, "These three emptinesses are, in order, the basis for abandoning the afflictive obscurations together with their predispositions, the basis for abandoning the cognitive obscurations together with their predispositions, and because of the meaning of self-nature, it should be known that they are on the ground of the Buddhas." This says that it is good to establish the last three wisdoms on the ground of the Buddhas. Because these twenty wisdoms show the way in which the stages of realization from the path of accumulation to the ground of the Buddhas are similar to the boundaries of the twenty-two bodhicittas. Secondly, there are characteristics, meanings, and divisions. First, the characteristic of merely the ground is the later realization and qualities.

is the basis for. In short, the characteristic of the Bodhisattva ground is the special practice that serves as the basis for subsequent realization and merit through the combination of wisdom that directly realizes emptiness and great compassion. In the commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way," it is said that Bodhisattvas are sustained by uncontaminated wisdom, great compassion, and so forth, and from the state of being completely separated, they obtain the name and become the source of merit. Secondly, the general meaning of the words and the individual meanings of the words are described in the Ornament of the Sutras. Third, in terms of ground alone, there are three grounds: the Hearer Ground, the Solitary Realizer Ground, and the Great Vehicle Ground. The first has eight grounds, the second has no obvious distinctions, and the third has three grounds: the Adhimukti-carya Ground, the Bodhisattva Ground, and the Buddha Ground. The intermediate Bodhisattva Ground has ten grounds, from the first Joyful Ground to the tenth Cloud of Dharma Ground. The Garland of Jewels says: Just as in the Hearer Vehicle, it is said that Hearers have eight grounds, similarly in the Great Vehicle, there are ten Bodhisattva grounds. Thus it is said. Here, the nine grounds are taught from the perspective of purification, and the tenth ground is taught from the perspective of the result. First, of the nine grounds, the purification of the first ground has two aspects: the method of purification and the wisdom of the manner of purification. First, it is guided by "attainment." From where is the first ground? By what is it purified? It is purified in ten ways. These ten are explained by Vasubandhu as being summarized into three: intention, application, and dedication that are complete. The first has the intention of self-benefit, the intention of benefiting others, and the intention of benefiting others. The first is the adhyashaya of accomplishing virtue, the second is holding the Mahayana Dharma that benefits oneself and others, and the third is accomplishing the four immeasurables with equanimity, without any distinction between those who are close and those who are distant. Application has the application of benefiting others and the application of benefiting oneself. The first is the application of gathering with material things and with Dharma. The first is giving charity without focusing on the three spheres, and the second is teaching the Dharma that ripens according to those to be tamed. Self-benefit has accumulating Dharma and completely protecting oneself. The first is relying on a Mahayana spiritual friend and seeking the object of the sacred Dharma that understands the three vehicles that are to be expressed.
