Although there are twenty 'phrag' (a unit of measurement, referring to a container or measuring unit here), it will not overflow directly, just as undigested food will not fall into the cecum, but is held by the wind through karma or practice. Then, the water is stirred by the wind, and later the power of the water is eight hundred thousand 'bum phrag' (a unit of measurement, one hundred thousand), and the remaining upper layers turn into gold like butter churned from milk, with three hundred and twenty thousand. The direct and surrounding dimensions are water, etc., which is based on the four continents. If you ask whether the mandala is equal in size, the upper Abhidharma believes that the mandala is equal in size, because the wind wheel of about half of the great chiliocosm on the earth becomes the support of the three thousand worlds and the dwelling of immeasurable sentient beings. There are also two types of this, namely the lower base and the position of the chest. Therefore, the water will neither overflow directly nor drip downwards. Some also say that according to the lower statement, it is also equal, because the dimensions of water and gold below the iron fence are shown, and in order to symbolize each other, it is shown as two doors. Some believe that above the wind, water will also form sporadically, like dew, and through karma it will not mix or overflow. The 'Tika' says that the meaning of one thousand two hundred and eighty-eight and a half 'dpag tshad' (Sanskrit: योजना, yojana, an ancient Indian unit of length) remaining at the end of the environment, the ancients said: From the ends of both sides, add one thousand, two hundred and five hundred, and seventy-five, including the four continents, covering the mandala. If calculated according to this, the latter statement is reasonable. Some say that the mountains are not purely red copper, but are covered by roots. Here it also says: The direction is below, the reason is rain, the color is white and yellow, the size is like a pillar, the merit function is like wind, and the etymology is because water and gold are round. The second part is about the nine mountains and eight seas. The first part is: Then, due to the karma of sentient beings, rain falls from the clouds with various seeds, thereby forming water, the size of which is more than eighty thousand 'khri' (a unit of measurement, ten thousand). Due to the power of karma, the wind realm is divided into upper, middle, and lower, and is gathered, thereby gradually forming Mount Sumeru and the seven golden mountains, as well as the four continents and the surrounding environment. Among them, the classification of mountains is the majestic and magnificent Mount Sumeru, and the seven golden mountains, because the shape is named like peaks extending from the ground.

Thus it was said, the yoke of the sun chariot can hold, or has the shape of that wood, the tip holds eight or such woods like a plow handle, a pile of sandalwood or has luster, because it is beautiful in shape and pleasing, it has ears like a rock horse, the middle has a slightly bent shape, like the sun holding the end, so it holds the wheel circumference, the foundation says to block the five middle ones. Then there are continents, and outside of all of them is the surrounding, which is round. The essence is, the seven in the middle are gold, and the surrounding is iron. Mount Meru is, the east is white silver, the south is blue lapis lazuli (Sanskrit: वैडूर्य, Roman transliteration: vaiḍūrya, literal meaning: lapis lazuli), the west is red conch, the north is golden yellow, because it is the nature of the four treasures, so its light makes the color of the ocean and the sky also four kinds. The measure is, the nine mountains are submerged in the water by eighty thousand yojanas. Likewise, Mount Meru is also eighty thousand yojanas high above the water. The eight are halved and halved in height above the water, namely forty thousand, twenty thousand, ten thousand, five thousand, two thousand five hundred, one thousand two hundred and fifty, six hundred and twenty-five, three hundred and a half and thirteen. The width of those lands is also the same as the height, so the width of Mount Meru is eighty thousand and so on. Second, explaining the eight seas, the seven spaces between the first eight mountains are the Playful Seas, the measure is the first one eighty thousand. That is the ocean limited to the inside, its surface or width is three times, that is two hundred and forty thousand. The other Playful Seas halve and halve forty thousand and so on. They are, Cool and sweet, light and soft. Clear and without stench, Drinking does not harm the throat and abdomen, Water with eight qualities. Therefore, because it is similar to the Playful Sea mentioned as "Shita" (Sanskrit: śīta, Roman transliteration: śīta, literal meaning: cold), it is called Playful, because the images of stars and so on appear as if protruding from the sea, it is called Sea. If it is said "whoever plays and enjoys", it does not match the Sanskrit. There live the dragon kings Nanda, Upananda, Ashvatara, Dhatarashtra, Takshaka, Dhritarashtra, Mahakala, Elapatra, who are the army of Indra. The remainder of them from holding the wheel circumference to the surrounding is limited to the outside
