The fourth of "na", possessing ten aspects, as stated in the Madhyamaka-karika. Secondly, the pure one gathered by the path of children and some of the preparatory practices of the noble ones, and the stainless ones of the other nine grounds. These two, being stainless, are the actual cities of liberation with remainder and without remainder, so they are the three doors. The contaminated enters through, like an alley, so it is not called a door. In the Compendium, it says: emptiness, samadhi, and liberation are all three wisdoms, and only the meditation-born and the supramundane meditation-born. Thirdly, the sutra says "emptiness, emptiness," etc., which has the same aspect as the former. Apart from eliminating from the thing itself, three samadhis are also taught. The three liberations themselves, or by focusing on their negation, refute, so it is also called complete refutation. Emptiness, signlessness, etc., are not used in groups of nine. Among them, the first two, with emptiness, emptiness, focus on the emptiness samadhi of the non-learning path, thinking "this is not mine," it is the aspect of emptiness, but not selflessness, because it arises after the aspect of emptiness. Aspiration, non-aspiration, focuses on the non-aspiration of the non-learning path, and impermanence, the contaminated realm of the gods, cannot be refuted by the basis of arising, suffering, and the path itself, so it cannot be a distinction of its four and non-aspiration, and cannot be viewed in other ways. Signlessness, signlessness, arises from the signlessness of the non-learning path, unexamined, exhausted because the conditions are incomplete, focusing on obtaining the unexamined, viewing the aspect of peace. Just as one who likes to kill enemies must dislike enemies, viewing the cessation as a virtue, the object to be refuted will be refuted. Do not view the aspect of cessation, because it is common with the impermanent cessation. If you also want to take impermanence as the object, then it itself is a sign, so it cannot be a distinction of signlessness. These samadhis are contaminated because they hate the noble path, they are not uncontaminated. It is born among humans because of clear intelligence. Because the faculties are sharp, it arises without wavering, not by others. Because it has become a place of joy, it cannot turn its back on liberation. The eleven grounds other than the seven proximities that do not possess the aspect of truth.

O! Third, the samadhi is divided into four types: The first dhyana of the second virtue is to cultivate the samadhi that leads to a pleasant dwelling in the present life, because one is satisfied with initially attaining the joy that transcends desire. The eye consciousness knows the consciousness of beings' death, transmigration, and rebirth, knowing it in the manner of understanding before and after. And it sees without discriminating between good and bad colors, etc. Although it is not itself samadhi, it is considered samadhi by applying the name of the result to the cause, and it is considered only dhyana by the name of "liberation wisdom." The qualities arising from application, such as the impurity of the three realms, and all the uncontaminated paths, are the samadhi that distinguishes and generates increasingly superior wisdom. The diamond-like samadhi refers to the practice of completely exhausting all defilements in the continuum, which is encompassed by the four limits of dhyana. These were spoken by the Teacher himself, who in the past generated the first dhyana under the jambu tree in the village of the farmer, and subdued the Maras at night under the Bodhi tree. Seeing the suffering of beings' death and rebirth with divine eyes, he generated dhyana and liberation, etc., at noon to protect them. Relying on the fourth dhyana at dawn, he entered into certainty and manifested the diamond-like samadhi. Considering these, he spoke. Third, regarding the qualities of entering into samadhi: Explaining the immeasurable, explaining other qualities. In the first aspect: division and numerical determination, and two special characteristics. First, the immeasurable is divided into four: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, because it focuses on limitless sentient beings and generates limitless merit. Numerical determination refers to the sequential practice to counteract harmful intentions that should be abandoned, as well as various forms of harm and displeasure at others' happiness due to jealousy, as well as desire and numerous harmful intentions. The harmful intention to be abandoned by equanimity and loving-kindness is that which is provoked by attachment and that which is not provoked. The desire to be abandoned by equanimity and impurity is the desire for sexual activity, color, or relatives, and sexual activity. Second, the absence of hatred itself is also loving-kindness and compassion, because without malice, one encounters happiness and is separated from suffering.
