If the fruition of not committing the five heinous crimes were to ripen simultaneously, there would be no difference between committing them and not committing them. If experienced gradually, it would not be in accordance with the five heinous crimes, because there is only one continuum, so multiple hells cannot be accomplished simultaneously. If it is said that the five heinous crimes are more severe, the harm to those who are strong and young will be doubled, etc., it will be more severe, because the former is the projecting karma and the latter is the completing karma. The Sautrāntika school believes that even if experienced later, etc., it is because the hells are continuous, so they are not interrupted. Second, the schism of the wheel: because of competing with the Buddha, it is with the monks; because of desire, not being able to show other paths, it is with the views; because the discipline is not strict, the speech is not dignified, it is separated from those who have discipline. Because of not being able to bear the Buddha's splendor and the authority of the command, it is in a place other than the place of residence. The noble ones are those who have realized the Dharma of scripture and realization, so they cannot be separated from those who are similar to them, so they are separated from children. Showing to others than the Buddha, and those who are different from his path, Devadatta is able to endure and accept the five ascetic practices, which is the extent of a koṭi. The time is not staying in one place overnight, it must be reconciled before dawn, because the great meaning is lost, and it cannot be subdued by one supreme being. The definition is that such a thing is the schism of a koṭi of the Sangha, and because it becomes an obstacle to entering the path, it is also considered the schism of the Buddha's wheel of Dharma. The place is because there is no other Buddha to compete with, so it is only in Jambudvīpa. On both sides, there are four monks and one separator, and nine or more can accomplish it. Third, within the same boundary, because of disagreement, doing two actions such as learning and giving, it becomes a schism, which exists in the three continents where the teachings exist. That is, there are four on each side, that is, eight or more can accomplish it. It can be accomplished even if there is no one who considers himself a separator or by lay people. This is how it is explained. This is not a five heinous crime. Fourth, not long after the first turning of the wheel of Dharma, and at the time of final nirvāṇa, the views on joy and sorrow are the same, and in the middle, regarding the faults of the teachings, the blessings of goodness, impure conduct, and the faults of views, the omens of the death of monks.

Before the mistaken understanding of the Dharma that severs the path to Buddhahood, and before the appearance of the supreme pair of mediators (Buddhas), and after the fault of the incomparable one (Buddha), and because countless inconsistencies exist within a single boundary, therefore, without dividing large and small boundaries, disputes of the Dharma wheel will not occur even in the six periods. Second, regarding the determination of the number of the five heinous crimes: due to the differences in field, intention, and action, the major sins possessing the three factors are determined to be five. Parents are the ones who generate the body that attains liberation, therefore they are the field of benefit, while the latter three are the field of merit. Abandoning from intention, and in terms of action, the first three are taking life, the fourth is making them discordant, and the fifth is doing an action that cannot be made non-existent. Third, identifying other bases of the five heinous crimes: even killing a man or woman whose parents have transformed into other names becomes a heinous crime. The scriptures say: If a woman who is not an Arhat is killed, will it become a heinous crime? Answer: Yes, if the father whose name has changed is killed. The reverse is also explained. If pus and blood flow from one woman and are injected into the womb of another woman, then which is the basis of the heinous crime? Answer: From whichever woman's menstrual blood it arises, the first woman is her mother, because she is the owner of the cause of the body. The second also performs the action and kills, which is heavier than the others. After engaging in impure conduct with parents, killing others as a result will not become a heinous crime, and after engaging in impure conduct with others, killing parents will not become a heinous crime, such as killing someone under the mother's womb, and the case of the bathhouse son killing his father after engaging in impure conduct with a bee. The Buddha can never be killed, so if one thinks that striking the Buddha's body will become a heinous crime? Answer: No, because merely doing so does not abandon, because the intention of harm is small. If one beats someone during their studies, and later they become an Arhat, killing them will not become a heinous crime, because no action was done to the Arhat. Second, regarding its karmic results, there are differences in obtaining or not obtaining results, and differences in the weight of the karma. First, after committing a heinous crime, without repenting from it, because the intention is extremely contrary, it is impossible to be free from desire and obtain results. Even if one performs actions of other karmic paths, the path
