It is said that the word "peace" can also lead one to infer that the mind is extremely calm. Its characteristic is being free from all afflictions. The former refers to the actions of both learners and non-learners. Second, all three good deeds of body, speech, and mind are three kinds of purification, and their characteristic is purifying the defilement of sins, that is, the temporary of contaminated and the permanent of uncontaminated. Third, physical actions, etc., and the non-virtuous actions of speech and mind are considered as three misdeeds. Greed, etc., are three afflictions, and although they are not actions, they are considered as three misdeeds of mind, that is, thinking that the meaning of sound has been obtained. Fourth, liberation from misdeeds, the virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind, and the absence of greed, etc., are all good deeds. Second, dividing these into ten includes: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. First, since it is difficult to distinguish between good deeds and misdeeds, in order to understand what should be mainly abandoned and what should be adopted, they are briefly summarized as ten actions. That is, correspondingly, ten virtues are summarized from good deeds, and ten non-virtues are summarized from misdeeds, so the actions of body and speech that are not paths, as well as preparation and conclusion, and thoughts of mind are not included. The reason for determining ten non-virtues is that the seven of body and speech that harm the life, enjoyment, wife, achievement, harmony, happiness, and meaningful things of others, and the three of mind that become obstacles to wealth, fearlessness, and Dharma giving are explained because the sins are serious. The order is that the three categories are shown in the order of easy understanding, the internal body and speech are in the order of the magnitude of sins, and the three of mind are in the order of the three poisons. This is also the order of the three feelings, because happiness is worthy of offering and suffering is obvious, so it has been shown before. The ten virtues are transformed from non-virtues, so the order is determined in number. Second, the explanation includes: the path of action itself, the result of the path of action, and the reason for separately mentioning wrong livelihood. First, it is divided into expressive and non-expressive. The three roots are shown, the three ultimate productions, etc., are shown, the characteristics of each non-virtuous action path are shown, the action path and the mind operate together, and in which realm there is an action path. First, it is divided into the difference between the main action, preparation, and conclusion. First, the actions of body and speech.

Among them, the six non-virtuous actions can be accomplished even if entrusted to others, so it is possible that there is no revealing action, but non-revealing action certainly exists. Only sexual misconduct cannot be completed by entrusting it to others, because it is the path of karma, so it must be done by oneself, therefore both revealing and non-revealing actions exist. If these six are done by oneself, and when the substantial action is completed, both actions are certain to exist. The seven virtuous actions of body and speech of desire are only taken, so they are certainly both revealing and non-revealing actions. The two vows arising from samadhi are obtained by nature, so they are only non-revealing actions. Second, the proximities of these depend on actions, so they are certainly revealing actions. If done with strong intention, will there be non-revealing actions? If done with weak intention, it cannot be initiated, so it is not. Third, the opposite of this is the conclusion, that is, before abandoning, non-revealing actions certainly exist. If actions consistent with the substantial action are done, there are also revealing actions, if not done, there are none. Second, does the sutra say that the ten non-virtuous actions arise from the three poisons from a substantial point of view? No. The seven actions of body and speech refer to those arising from the three root afflictions of non-virtue. Killing arises from desire, because of craving for meat, etc., killing to protect oneself and friends; arising from hatred, because of fighting with enemies, bearing a grudge and certainly retaliating by killing; arising from ignorance, because of sacrifices, and the Pāśupatas believe that killing old parents and seriously ill people will turn into good deeds, so killing with the intention of doing good. Stealing is also, stealing to pursue benefits or protect oneself and friends; stealing because of bearing a grudge; those who do not kill are sentenced to stealing; Brahmins believe that all property belongs to Brahma, and the son is a reward for the Brahmin, so stealing is legal when the Brahmin declines, and all actions taken with wrong views. Sexual misconduct is also done to protect oneself and friends, and to be attached to the woman herself, or to retaliate because of quarreling with the husband, and the Pāśupatas have sexual relations with the mother, and think that women are common like pestles and roads.
