Because it has been said that if attained, it is a Sanghavasesa offense. Third, explaining the meaning to be understood: Some say that other than the four killing offenses and the taking what is not given, and the first two Sanghavasesa offenses, committing other offenses requires not transforming into another form. Saying that those seven offenses are the same whether transformed or not is unreasonable. Because in the five Vinaya texts, for all four Parajika offenses and thirteen Sanghavasesa offenses, it is said separately that if a Bhikshu shows the form of other beings, if there is the thought of a Bhikshu, there is no offense. Furthermore, committing offenses other than the seven offenses does not require not transforming into another form, because showing the form of other beings, if there is the thought of a Bhikshu, then committing the offense is the same as other Bhikshus, and the offense will be fully committed. The commentary says that a Bhikshu, through the power of mantras and medicines, etc., transforms into the form of other beings, such as transforming into the form of animals, etc., and then uses that form to do non-celibate and other improper things, if he thinks in his heart, "I am a Bhikshu," and therefore commits the offense, then it is the same as other Bhikshus. Just as when other Bhikshus commit offenses, they are punished according to the offense committed, this Bhikshu will also receive the same punishment. This is said in reference to committing all five types of offenses. However, for offenses such as carrying wool and destroying seeds, if transformed, some offenses will not be fully committed, and special attention is needed. If someone asks, if a non-human transforms into a human, even if they take vows, the precepts will not arise, so when a Bhikshu transforms into a non-human, will the precepts disappear because of this, and therefore there will be no offense? Or, if not transformed, a complete offense is committed, then what will happen after transformation? The answer is, as mentioned earlier, a Bhikshu, through the power of mantras and medicines, etc., transforms into a form or shape different from that of humans, such as transforming into animals, etc., if he thinks in his heart, "I am a Bhikshu," and has the thought of a Bhikshu, then he will fully commit the offense, just like other Bhikshus. If there is no thought of a Bhikshu at that time, what will happen? The answer is, if there is no thought of a Bhikshu, then it is an offense. That is to say, when a Bhikshu transforms into an animal through mantras and medicines, etc., the thought of thinking, "I am a Bhikshu."

If there is no sphere and it is recognized as an animal, then it is inferior, only the previous preparatory downfall, there is no ultimate downfall, because at that time the consciousness has reached a state of not being in its own nature. Third, the branch of the section, including the incidental, has two. First, the general meaning has two, namely the non-principal meaning and the principal meaning. First, regarding how a monk who has taken the three vows in order possesses the three vows, and how he generates transgressions, the first is: Some think that the vows are the mind of renunciation, so they say that the other two vows exist in a latent way, which is unreasonable, because the school of this treatise must admit that the vows are form, as the Abhidharmakosha says: "The first consciousness is not consciousness, non-consciousness has three" and the five volumes say that the monk's vows are non-manifest form. The self-school is: the vows are form, so in his continuum there are three vows, each with different entities, as the Abhidharmakosha says: "These different ones are not contradictory", just like the seven abandonments of a monk, which exist with different entities. Second, regarding how he generates transgressions, some say that if a monk who has taken the three vows in order kills a person, from the perspective of contradicting the monk's precepts, it is a parajika, from the perspective of contradicting the novice's precepts, it is a parajika-like misdeed, and from the perspective of contradicting the layperson's precepts, it generates non-merit, these three; if he performs the act of killing on the basis of a novice, and then completes it ultimately when he is a monk, then he generates a parajika-like misdeed that contradicts the novice's vows, and a sanghavasesa that contradicts the monk's vows. Others say that it is unreasonable for him to generate three such as parajika, because there is no precept established for such generation, because there is no need to establish such a precept, because the precept of killing a person generating parajika has been established, if it cannot prevent the misconduct, if the establishment of a parajika-like misdeed and becoming non-merit cannot prevent it. Furthermore, for a monk who has committed an unhidden parajika, in addition to practicing the precepts in order to purify the unhidden parajika, there is also an unhidden parajika-like misdeed.
