愿具足善妙基础与清净戒律和贤善意乐者，通达律海之词句义理，恒常为欲解脱众生宣说！名为《律经根本之总的安立，自他饶益语义极明》之论著，最初由具足功德之萨迦派无垢血统中诞生，具有无量智慧与慈悲之大学者语自在名称吉祥贤善，以及众多聪慧且心性调柔之持藏者屡屡劝请。东方康区之说法比丘旺秋珠巴吉祥贤善，于名为事物之木阳狗年（具体年份待考证），十一月，星宿为首宿之初五，在图丹南嘉（能胜佛教）大法幢处圆满完成。书写者为具有不劣于天生智慧之衮却贝（宝护）。愿此亦能广大饶益教法与众生！愿由此成就所生之，我所获得之善根，以此愿一切众生，获得善逝之智慧。众生痛苦之唯一药，一切安乐生起之处，愿教法伴随利养与恭敬，长久住世。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 《律经根本之总义善说光明语义极明》。

May those who possess a virtuous foundation, pure morality, and excellent intentions, having fully understood the meaning of the Vinaya ocean, always teach beings who desire liberation! This treatise, entitled "A Clear Exposition of the General Arrangement of the Root Sutra of the Vinaya, Benefiting Self and Others," was initially requested by the great scholar Ngagi Wangchuk Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, born into the immaculate lineage of the glorious Sakya school, endowed with immeasurable wisdom and compassion, and repeatedly urged by many wise and gentle holders of the scriptures. Wangchuk Drubpa Pal Zangpo, a Dharma-speaking Bhikshu from Eastern Kongpo, completed it at the great Dharma Encampment of Thubten Namgyal (Victorious Teaching) on the fifth day of the waxing moon of the first asterism in the eleventh month of the Wood Male Dog year called "Thing" (year needs verification). The scribe was Konchok Pal (Jewel Protector), whose innate intelligence was not inferior. May this also bring great benefit to the teachings and sentient beings! May all beings, through the virtue I have gained from accomplishing this, attain the wisdom of the Sugata. The sole medicine for the suffering of beings, the source of all happiness, may the teachings, along with gain and respect, remain for a long time. Good! Good! Good!
