If there is change, then destruction is established without depending on other factors. If it does not change in this way, but exists between other times, then it will still be destroyed, because it will exist permanently. If it does not perish in the second moment and exists, then it cannot escape permanence. If it is said that the collection of earth, seeds, etc., is immutable, then this reason that depends on change is not established. Just as the collection produces sprouts from behind, it will also produce them initially, because the collection is the same before and after. If it is said that the collection is indeed the same before and after, but it is not certain that sprouts will be produced from the initial collection, because there are obstacles. Then, even if it is thought that the collection is the same before and after, it will become different, because having obstacles and not having obstacles are different. Secondly, the reason for non-dependence is uncertain, because the collection of factors for barley sprouts depends on the production of rice sprouts, even if the sign of non-dependence is added, it will not produce rice sprouts. If it is said in this way, then the sign of non-dependence is not established, because the production of rice sprouts in barley seeds, water, fertilizer, etc., depends on rice seeds. Then, created or existing things, that is, objects, are not destroyed every moment, because they depend on the factors of destruction, such as hammers. If it is said in this way, then these two are different, because the production of barley and rice sprouts depends on their respective factors, and if destruction is an object, then it is produced from its own factors, so it does not depend on other factors. If destruction is not an object, then other factors are not needed. Therefore, destruction does not need other agents. Thirdly, even if destruction is without cause, as it is said. The Carvaka says, if destruction has no cause, then it will become a non-object, and thus become permanent. In this way, the pot is impermanent, and destruction is a permanent thing without cause, these two contradictory things will exist on the pot in the form of substance, that is, the same nature. The Vaisheshika says, if destruction has no cause, then, as we said before, does destruction exist in that object itself? Or does it exist in other things? Neither is reasonable, if it is like the first case, then destruction is an object, so it will be destroyed later. If it is like the second case, then after burning wood and breaking a pot, they will be seen, because they will exist under it.

Furthermore, if it is impossible for both permanence and impermanence to exist in the same situation for things that are made or are the same, then for the same things, like a vase, an obstructed thing that hinders the arising of other things in its own realm, and an unobstructed thing of wisdom that does not hinder, if these two do not exist, then as mentioned above, the three faults cannot harm this situation of independence, because such destruction has no cause, and although it is a non-thing, it is not acknowledged as a permanent dharma established by its own nature, because a non-thing has no nature, and the examination of permanence and impermanence established by its own nature only applies to things. Therefore, it is liberated from the fault of permanence and impermanence having the same essence. "From what does non-existence have permanence?" Thus it is said. Also, if destruction is considered a thing, then for a thing, it will not exceed the two situations of being one and different, so such an examination can be applied. Here, for destruction, which is a thing without essence, the fault of being one or different will not arise, because "it has not changed in the slightest." And so on. Also, it is not the same, because in things that are made, just the moment of arising is impermanent, and for it, there is no different cause that produces permanence and impermanence, while the two situations of being obstructed and unobstructed arise from different causes, such as "How joyful are sentient beings." And so on, and "From the certainty of the nature of the cause." And so on. Second, regarding the harmful reason. There is the former proponent's view, and the refutation of it. The first is: Some such as Ishvara (自在天) think that although most crows are seen as black, there may be white ones in a hundred, similarly, because the abilities of things are diverse, although most things such as vases are impermanent, it is not contradictory for some things such as Ishvara to arise as permanent dharmas. Therefore, although the situation of vases and other things eventually being destroyed can be established through independence, Ishvara and others are self-born, so the reason of being made is not established, and because it is a permanent dharma, the final destruction is not seen, so impermanence cannot be established through independence, so although the reason of existence is established, the probandum of impermanence cannot be established. Therefore, because the reason enters the dissimilar side, it is uncertain, so it is said. Second, it is considered unreasonable after examination. Establishing with reason, and the order of establishing the reason. The first is: If Ishvara, whom you consider to be permanent, cannot accomplish a function, then even if it is established as existence, it is because it is a non-thing. There is no dispute over the name, because existence
