The way of holding. First, the real object of conceptual thought does not exist in things, because exclusion is fabricated by conceptual thought, so it does not exist in things. However, if one mistakenly clings to it as self-character and engages with it, then the object of engagement that is obtained is self-character. That self-character is also, such as made, impermanent, etc., exists as one without difference in things. Differences such as blue and yellow do not mix with each other and remain in their own difference. Then, if one side of the proposition becomes the reason, and there is the fault of the reason not following, how should the fault stated by the Vaibhashikas be avoided? To answer this question, it is necessary to know the way of holding of the mind, so I will explain it now. Although the self-character of things exists in that way, conceptual thought fabricates it, holding difference as one, holding one as different, holding one as one, and holding difference as different, that is, in the way of holding of exclusion, there are four possibilities. The latter two are easy to understand, so I will explain the former two. Among these, there are three each. First, the cause of holding difference as one is that fire, water, etc., have the same function of burning and quenching thirst, and sandalwood and shapa, etc., have the same characteristic of having branches. These are the causes of mistaking them as one, therefore, from what and what things... etc. Second, there are two aspects of the fabricating mind: the way of mistaking difference as one, and the refutation of the unreasonableness of this. First, for objects such as branches and other excluded similar objects, due to the power of beginningless habitual tendencies, they are mistaken as a single generality, that is, relying on different things... etc. Second, then, for white mustard and black mustard, a consciousness of the result of holding them as one arises, while for horses and cows, a consciousness of holding them as one does not arise, but a consciousness of holding them as different arises, which is contradictory, because they are the same in things. If you say that they are the same in substance, but the former two give rise to a consciousness of the general characteristic of a cow, while the latter two do not, this is a difference, because the nature of things is determined in this way. For example, although the four causes of sense consciousness are different, they can give rise to one consciousness, and medicines such as turmeric and corydalis can pacify one kind of fever, while yogurt and asafoetida cannot, just like that. That is also, realizing one meaning, knowing things, etc.... etc.

For example, some medicines are different. Etc. The third necessity is that the manifestations of different places, times, and manners can be understood as a whole, so that the actions of refutation and establishment can be understood in one direction, which is the necessity. Because of its differences. Etc. Secondly, there are also three aspects to attributing differences to one thing. First, the reason is: for example, sound is made, impermanent, etc. For these things of the same essence, the Sugata also said that the differences of the aggregates are different, and the logicians also said that the reason for distinguishing the differences of the three aspects of reason, dharma, and meaning is that from different opposites, the object of excluding others by the opposite is used to set the scope of cognition as different. Also, no matter how names and meanings are related to each other. Etc. Those who do not understand rely only on the saying that the Sugata said that the aggregates are different, and say that the impermanence of sound is a corresponding or non-corresponding action, because at that time, sound and the impermanence of sound were said to be of different essences, and since it was said that there is self and no self, you must admit all the contradictions, so be careful. Second, the state of mind is: distinguishing by sound, holding as different by discrimination, according to the way of entering, even the same thing is mistaken for different things and clung to. Therefore, what kind of difference is Dharma? Etc. Third, the necessity is: in order to make these three things the same in meaning, but the situation that is not understood as the same can be understood, so through the way of excluding others, they are distinguished from the perspective of different opposites, and the three aspects of reason, dharma, and meaning are combined to argue, which is for the purpose of understanding impermanence and so on. The distinction between Dharma and Dharmic things, etc. Etc. The direct harm of these is like the reason for obstructing the meaning of பொது (藏文,梵文天城体,sāmānya,梵文罗马拟音,sāmānya,汉语字面意思:共相) and different opposites. Second, in the detailed classification of elimination, there is the essence of classification, the exclusion of others in meaning, and the respective distinctions. The first is: in excluding others, from the perspective of the way of holding things as existing and non-existing, there are two types, namely existing excluding others and non-existing excluding others. Each of these two exclusions of existence and non-existence is also divided into two from the perspective of the object, that is, through the distinction of the wisdom of the object sound and discrimination, existence is divided into sound excluding others and wisdom excluding others, non-existence is divided into sound
