It seems necessary to explain how the students should individually receive (the vows). Fourth, opening the eyes and showing the mandala: Then, the Vajra Master opens the disciple's blindfold and recites: Om Vajrasattva, today you, strive to open your eyes. Having opened, may you see everything, the Vajra eye is supreme. Hevajra pashya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Some Mahachakra (rituals) recite Mahachakrapashya (Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and some commentaries on the Selfless Mother mandala ritual recite Niratmapashya (Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Although there are translations, he is a call of "hey", and Vajrapashya means "Vajra, look", so there is no need to translate them separately. Here, in many mandala rituals, visualize Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) on the moon disc in the heart, Ram (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) on the forehead, and each of the two eyes with a burning Om (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). The meaning of opening the eyes is that Hum activates Ram, and Ram burns the two Om together with the blindfold. Although it is said that way, it is not clearly stated here in the empowerment water and the All-Good Universal Grasp. However, in the Jewel Burning Sutra, it says: "In the eyes, contemplate Om with burning." The meaning of this sutra is that in the empowerment water of the Dombi tradition, it is said that each of the disciple's two eyes should be visualized with a fiercely burning Om. After opening the eyes in this way, commonly recite this passage: "The supreme city of great liberation," until "Also strive in the mantras." After letting them enter in this way, let them hold and say, "The deity that your flower landed on is this one," and only let them remember the name of the deity. This is for the purpose of giving them names of their respective lineages during the naming empowerment below, and for those who only receive the Vajra Acharya empowerment and do not transmit the visualization and recitation of the deity on whom the flower landed, it is for the purpose of recognizing their own deity. Similarly, let the students enter in order, and let them prostrate at the feet of the Guru and recite this passage: "Om, great Vajra mandala, I have entered the mandala. Om, great Yoga mandala, today I have seen the mandala. Om, great Secret mandala, I have been empowered in the mandala. Samaya Ho Ho Ho," recite and show the mandala. Here, in the Dombi mandala ritual, Om, Vajra, etc.

Recite the six-line verse three times to generate joy, and resolve to keep all the vows of such a mandala. It is said that reciting "Samaya Ho Ho Ho" (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ་ཧོ་ཧོ།) is better than other mandala rituals because when seeing the colored powders, the thought arises that the mandala vows have been integrated into one's own mind. Then, the way to show the mandala to the disciple is divided into two: extensive explanation and concise explanation. The first is that the yogis say that the mandala is shown from the outside in, and the deities are shown from the inside out. Most practitioners follow this method, but there is no other basis except that it is easy to understand. Therefore, for this method, there are two ways of showing: from the cremation ground or charnel ground to the main deity, showing sequentially from the outside in; and from the main deity to the cremation ground, showing sequentially from the inside out. The venerable master said the former in the "Two Empowerments," and the latter in the "Black Heruka" mandala ritual, so there is no contradiction in either way. The difference in symbolism is that first showing the charnel ground symbolizes the cycle of cause, then showing the palace symbolizes the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment of the path, and then showing the mandala deities symbolizes the fruit of the Buddha's body and wisdom, symbolizing the adornment of the cause with the path, and the adornment of the path with the fruit. If following the latter method of showing, then according to this logic, adorning the fruit with the path, and adorning the path with the cause, symbolizes the inseparability of the base, path, and fruit of Vajrayana. As it is said in "All Secrets": "Adorn the cause with the fruit, and adorn the fruit with the cause, otherwise even after countless eons, it will not be accomplished." If showing from the outside in, then on the edge of the mandala, there are vajra fences and flames surrounding it. Within it, there are eight great charnel grounds. In the east is the charnel ground called "Fearful," where the lord of the gods, Indra, and his retinue reside. There resides the Naga king Norbu Dze's son, the Naga named Boundless. On the Shirisha tree is the field guardian Adahasa, and the rain god named Rain Cloud Garjana. Similarly, the other seven charnel grounds are also described. In such eight great charnel grounds, there are directional guardians, nagas, trees, tree gods, rain clouds, stupas, and water.
