Is it so? Is it that self-existing wisdom is newly born? Is it the wisdom of empowerment with characteristics? Or is it merely labeled? If you think so, then contemplate the wisdom that has already been accomplished in other streams of being, in the form of a deity with a face and hands, or in the form of the letters Ali Kali dissolving into your own body. Because a special experience arises in your own mind-stream, it is that self-existing wisdom is newly born. Then, does the term "wisdom descending" or "descending" become inappropriate? This is because it is named from the perspective of meditating on the main part of the contemplation in that way, so there is no fault. Then, is that self-existing wisdom something that has existed from the beginning? Or is it the very thing that will appear at the time of the ultimate result? Do not make such an analysis that separates cause and effect. If you analyze in that way, you will end up analyzing reality itself, and you will not be able to find the establishment of conventions. Because, glorious Chandrakirti said: Because if these things are analyzed, a place cannot be found on the other side of the thing itself that possesses it. Therefore, do not analyze the truth of worldly conventions. That is why it is said. There is no contradiction in saying that wisdom itself is the wisdom of empowerment with characteristics, because there are two types of arising: one that arises when entering the wisdom of empowerment, and one that arises during the main practice. For this reason, although there is no difference in the view to be realized between the Paramita and the Secret Mantra, there is a special experience at the time of the descent of wisdom, and the realization of the third empowerment in a way that is free from the conceptualization of wisdom. Therefore, from the perspective of the way of realization, the Secret Mantra is said to be particularly excellent. Fourth, the master places the vajra in the form of a crossed vajra on the head of the disciple, and recites Tiṣṭha Vajra (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिष्ठ वज्र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tiṣṭha vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Stay Vajra). Here, in the "Complete Collection of the Auspicious Ones," it says: Oṃ Tiṣṭha Vajra Samaya Pratibale Ta Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Ho Ho Ho Svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ tiṣṭha vajra samaya pratibale ta hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ ho ho ho svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Stay Vajra, Vow, Opposite, Give, Hum Hum Hum, Ho Ho Ho, Svaha!) This is the mantra generated from the descent of wisdom. In the "Jewel Garland," it says: The one who has descended should be stabilized, therefore recite Tiṣṭha Vajra (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिष्ठ वज्र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tiṣṭha vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Stay Vajra). Thus, it is said to be a stabilizing mantra. Regarding the meaning of these, Jetsun Tsemö said: In order to stabilize, place the vajra on the crown of the head, recite this mantra, and then let him enter into contemplation. In this way, wisdom is stabilized, and the

This refers to the mantras for both casting (flowers) and releasing (bonds). Third, offering a flower garland and tying it on the head: First, the teacher stands in front of the mandala, with the right hand holding a vajra and forming a palm gesture, and the left hand ringing a bell with a cutting and chopping motion, reciting three times, "The abode of all Tathagatas." The first verse is a prayer to invite the disciple into this mandala where all the Tathagatas reside in the form of Heruka. Starting from "the order of the lineage of deities," it means may flowers fall upon the deity corresponding to the lineage, and may the merit based on that also be obtained in this mandala. This is stating the power of truth. Then, lead the disciple to the front of the eastern gate of the mandala, have him stand there and slightly lower his head. Ask him about the color of the sky within an arm's length of his vision, and predict that the activity corresponding to that color will be successful. The teacher again recites "Homage and praise to the wrathful vajra," etc., which is said to be the water of empowerment. In some mandala rituals, when offering flowers, first observe the color of the sky while still blindfolded, then throw the flowers and open the eyes, which is said to be done for each disciple individually. But now, ask those present about the color and predict that the activity corresponding to that color will be successful. Then, here, the right hand holds the vajra at the heart, and the left hand rings the bell three times, reciting "To the wrathful vajra," etc. For those who do not have these (rituals), let them offer flowers, which seems to be done for the sake of convenience. In any case, when offering flowers, have the disciple hold the previous flower garland in the center of the palms, join the palms and shake them. And instruct them as follows: Here in the wheel of the mandala reside nine deities, and these deities have no good or bad or difference, but are the appearance of the completely pure wisdom of the Buddhas. Therefore, there are no obstacles to practice, and with the mind of expecting to quickly attain accomplishment and meet a deity who easily accomplishes activities, recite "Om Pratīccha Vajra Ho" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་བཛྲ་ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ प्रतीच्छ वज्र हो, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ pratīccha vajra ho, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Receive, Vajra, Hum), and say to throw away the flower garland without hesitation. The disciple also recites this mantra
