Greatly praised, and for the sake of raising the right hand. This appears as the samaya of the mudra body. Second is proclaiming the very nature, that is, one verse such as "all sentient beings." From Buddha to ordinary beings are all sentient beings, abiding by bestowing great bliss upon their hearts, and for that reason, they become the father of all sentient beings. The meaning of "mind pervading" is explained as bestowing great bliss. Because of bestowing great bliss, desire is equal, therefore it is excellent, therefore it is supreme. How is desire extremely equal? The Bhagavan is the best of desires and the best of vows, is true wisdom, and therefore is equal to sentient beings up to the Buddha. The venerable peak said about the meaning of these: That is also the mandala of practice and offering, appearing but without inherent existence, merely an image. The Vajra Master himself also abides in this manner, and the disciple to be empowered is also in that manner, all three circles are appearing but without inherent existence, like an illusion, not apart from the nature of unborn great bliss. By your power, I have realized it in that way. You know the wheel of the mandala, and please also generate it in the minds of the disciples. Like that, by offering with the words of the song, pray that such realization may also arise in the disciples. Therefore, it is said that when reciting these words, it seems very important to remember such meaning. Third, there are two ways to proclaim the power of truth: the power of truth of the union of skillful means and wisdom, and the expression of the power of truth of dependent origination. The first is: "Please make it perfect" is the basis of the explanation. By what power? By the truth that the wheel of the mandala is the nature of the union of wisdom and skillful means, which is the blessing of truth. On whom? On the Vajra Master, myself. Where? In the wish desired by you, the protector, that is, just as I see the wheel of the mandala with the appearance of face and hands, so may the disciples also see it. The second is: The phenomena of causes are appearing but without inherent existence, like an image.

Since the afflictive obscurations are empty in nature, they are pure; since the cognitive obscurations are absent, they are clear; since there is no obscuration of meditative absorption, there is no turbidity. It cannot be grasped by conceptual thought, nor can it be expressed by words. In the relative truth, all things arise from causes and conditions and from contaminated actions. Likewise, in the ultimate truth, may the wheel of the mandala, which necessarily arises from suchness, not be like a painted image or a heap of colored powders, but may all disciples see the stainless images of faces and hands. This is the power of the truth of dependent origination as the cause. If applied to the path, apply it by saying that the dharmas of the wheel of the mandala are like images. Purification by the three obscurations is the separation from adventitious stains, the cause being the guru's instructions or the realm of dharma, and the path being the arising of all things from the action of meditation. The others are the same. The meaning of these is that Jetsun Tsemoche said: "The appearance of the wheel of the mandala in the form of an image is also due to the blessing of the truth arising from the emptiness of the dharmakaya and the inseparability of great compassion, and also due to the blessing of the truth realized by the master himself during the preliminary practice and the complete possession of the ground, and also during the preparation and the practice and offering of the great mandala, may the vajra disciples not see colored powders, or signs, or body images, etc., but may they see the mandala with its support and supported, the form body that appears but is empty of inherent existence." One should remember this. Fourth, there appear to be two systems: one in which these are done only for self-entry, and one in which they are done only for the empowerment of disciples. In the "Good Protection," there is only the statement, "Having taken self-entry, speak the power of truth," but there is no clear explanation. However, in the "Jewel Flame," it says, "In the mandala like an image, the truth is proclaimed in order to introduce the disciples." And the master Krishnacharya said, "That mandala is like an image; having known it oneself, for the sake of introducing the disciples, he placed it before the main deity." As it is said, it seems that introducing the disciples is only necessary for the empowerment of the disciples. If in this essential mandala,
