Even when offering a single 'nga po' (ང་པོ་) torma, one should only recite the torma mantra of worldly deities. Offering the essence to the deceased seems to be the intention of the Supreme Lord (རྗེ་བཙུན་རྩེ་མོ།), so this method should also be applied to other situations. The 'Key Elucidation' (གནད་ཀྱི་གསལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ལུང་།) explains the necessity of showing the aspect of worldly deities, and it also clearly states that there is no contradiction between offering prostrations and making offerings with leftovers. May the Vajra holders of today definitely keep this in mind. Fifth, in the fourth chapter of the Later Root Tantra (རྩ་རྒྱུད་ཕྱི་མ།): "If one offers tormas to all beings, yogis will become auspicious. Their immaculate bliss, as well as the goddesses and extremely wealthy beings, will rejoice. If one constantly gives tormas for the sake of the assembly of beings, then subjugation, actualization, destruction of the enemy's forces, expulsion, killing, summoning, pacifying, and increasing will also occur." Thus it is said. The phrase "yogis will become auspicious" is a summary instruction of all benefits. Therefore, here, the main focus is on pacifying obstacles until the completion of any activity that relies on the mandala. Fifth, coming inside to make up for omissions and deficiencies: Thus, after casting the torma to the outsiders, return inside the mandala chamber. If there is actually space to circumambulate the mandala, then ring the vajra bell and circumambulate seven times. If there is no actual space, then contemplate circumambulating in a mind-created realm of desirable qualities. Standing facing east, ring the vajra bell, and verbally recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. In practice, this is usually done with great music. Afterwards, with the vajra bell, join the palms together and pray: We, as beginners who rely on this practice, because our samadhi is unclear, and because we are influenced by dullness and agitation, all omissions and deficiencies in the ritual, the lack of offerings, damage, and faults in drawing the mandala, etc., please forgive all of these, and please make up for the omissions and deficiencies. After praying in this way, prostrate and return to your seat. The aforementioned torma to the outsiders and the remain

These two methods of making up for deficiencies are similar to the Hevajra of the Black Tradition, and in the Dombi Mandala ritual, there is no difference in other rituals except for the reversal of the order of the two intermediate branches. The Ocean-Born Tradition does not explain these two methods. After the mandala is drawn, the flags of the directional guardians are erected outside, and the directional guardians are generated separately. Then, inviting, dissolving, and abiding, this is only a generation ritual performed to pacify obstacles before the ritual is completed, and it is not a place to offer tormas to outsiders. These have completed the practice of the mandala and the actual offering. Secondly, there are three things that arise from the incidental: cutting off doubts about the number of days of the main practice, cutting off doubts about the vase generation related to it, and cutting off doubts about the initiation of disciples. The first is about the initiation water. Here, there is one ritual where the ground ritual is one day, the preparation ritual is one day, and the main ritual is one day, for a total of three days; and another ritual where the main ritual is two days, for a total of four days. The latter is the same in meaning as the five days in the Dombi Mandala ritual where the ground ritual is two days. For both of these situations, after making up for the deficiencies of the first day of the main practice, if you want to perform a grand fire offering, perform the fire offering as described in the fire offering ritual. If you want to consecrate, then prepare for the consecration. The next day, perform the main practice of the consecration and the grand fire offering, and that night, the master enters self-generation, receives initiation, guides the disciples to enter, and gives initiation. If you do not perform the grand fire offering or the consecration, nor do you do the second day of the main practice, then after making up for the deficiencies, directly perform the master entering self-generation, receiving initiation, guiding the disciples to enter, and giving initiation. Secondly, when the number of days for the disciple's initiation is connected for many days, at what time should the vase generation from the second day onwards be performed? There are four situations for this: only after self-generation, only after the outsider's torma, only after making up for deficiencies, and there is no obstacle whether it is performed after self-generation or front-generation.
